I went to the location today 2/19 at approximately 6:20 am. I waited and waited without being helped in the drive thru. I then drove around and tried the doors but they were locked. I had promised my co- worker breakfast, so I drove back through the drive thru. Still waited and finally honked my horn. I ordered 3 ham, egg and cheese croissants, 1 order of hash browns, 1 order of French toast sticks and a small cherry coke. I ate my croissant and my co-worker put her hash browns and French toast sticks on a plate. There are dark, curly hairs. All remaining food went directly into the trash. Absolutely disgusting. I called but the phone has been busy. I come here only to read about others with the same issue. I’ll never be able to eat Burger King again.

Food was good. I went to eat inside, ordered, they forgot about my order because two or three other people got their orders before mine. I had to awkwardly stand there for them to notice me. Finally got my order after maybe 10-15 mins. Food was good and fresh. Inside was fairly clean.

Literally found multiple pubes in the sandwich. Called the store and the managers didn’t have anything to say, not even “sorry” or “oh wow” they just said they didn’t know who was working but maybe I should call again in the morning. I don’t even want a refund, I literally just want them to care about it enough to prevent someone else from getting hair in their food. There has to be a camera in there or something – if I was the manager I would want to find out which one of my staff members is a health violator before someone sues

First thing cleanliness wise I would do
Is clean those wet floor signs take some pride in this restaurant it was just remodeled
The door over here to the back that goes out the side walk is filthy just black smudges all over it could probably touch the kick plates up as well not sure if these are Burger King standards now or not but I worked for Burger King for 9 years
Over to the sidewalk and by the back door area, need some heavy duty degreaser and deck scrubbed this used to be on the 7 x 7 maybe they don’t do that anymore too nice of a building to not keep up on
Fries and mozzarella sticks were cold. Good job on the whopper I would portion the sauce a little less.

The food is normal Burger King food. But it’s such a terribly run store. You can go there at like 9 PM and nobody will even answer the drive-through.

No sauce for my things rings. They were very cold and my Wednesday whopper bun wasn’t purple. Yes I can read where it says purple bun not guaranteed but it sucks that you’re advertising it this way WITH a purple bun and you don’t deliver. It’s for the experience. I could have just ordered a regular whopper without it being $12.

Went through the drive through and by time I got home I realized that my order was all wrong. I called them over 100 times and they only answered once, didn’t say a word, put me on hold and never came to the phone! What is wrong with these people???? This is the worst service I have ever had!!!! How do they stay in business??? I called a different store and they kept hanging up on me!!!! If I could rate – stars it would be negative 10!!!

May 3rd 2025 I ordered a whopper off the broiler cut in half. when it was time to pay I asked if it was off the broiler she said yes. Once I got to my destination I unwrapped my whopper and the bun was hard and stuck to the paper. I wish I would have checked it before I drove off. Never again will I patronize this establishment. I don’t see how they stay in business serving customers food like this

The pro is that the girl that waited on me in the Drive-Thru today was welcoming and it was a quick process (as I was the only car). She would NOT give me a receipt though. I ordered a frozen Coke and a classic melt. This was the worst excuse for a classic melt I have ever seen from any location. For starters a classic melt is caramelized onions with melted cheese (hense the name)( and the main reason to order it versus just a regular burger). Evidently they didn’t want to take the time to do that and just stuck some cold uncooked onions and cold cheese on there. Rather disappointing as I was the only car in the Drive-Thru at about 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, so it’s not like they were even busier or anything. Just a lazy cook I guess?
