I don’t frequent this brand often but when I do I come here. I’ve noticed over the years the service is typically very slow. After last night, a 33 minute wait with only 6 cars and then was told to park because it would take longer… I left with no food (I went to MCD and ate in 1/3 of the time with more traffic). For 15 years I’ve regularly visited several of the other restaurants on Hamilton and I rarely have these issues. At this point, it’s clear the owners don’t know what to do. I’ll consider this establishment closed from now on. Just like the one further down the road that I stopped going to before it closed.

I haven’t eating at BK in Years. Mainly because of the customer service in majority of their stores. I ordered a Double whopper with cheese no onion no ketchup 8pc nugget & 4pc jalapeño bites. They forgot the cheese on my whopper. The Nuggets were cold and Super dry Like jerky. The jalapeño bites wasn’t even cooked all the way. They are bland and I couldn’t imagine actually eating them. Never again. It was 6yrs without BK and I guess I’ll go another 6yrs. Nothing has changed.

I got the SpongeBob meal and I was highly disappointed in it. I thought the bun was gross. I wasnt a fan of the drink either. The cheese and bacon tots weren’t too bad, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again. I love the whopper normally, so idk what actually changed.

I came to dine in, and I had the 2 original chicken sandwiches for 7.49 coupon. I ate one of them, and when I was ready for the 2nd one..I incidentally flipped it over to find MOLD All on it.
I Will Not eat fast food from any of these American restaurants again!!

The terrible customer service is going to be the death of this place. My husband vowed to never return after countless encounters with incredibly rude staff. I dont expect Chik fil A service but cutting customers off and being intentionally spiteful is crazy work.

Why would y’all Keep distributing the SpongeBob crabby patty meal, knowing there’s no toys available to put in them. Why wouldn’t y’all disclose that information when most of the reason people are buying the product is for the toys y’all are literally robbing people Charging full price and not giving what people paid for or at least letting people know and on top of that the food is disgusting and cold like always just shut it down already.

We have actually never been able to order from this location, we have tried on 5 separate occasions and they are always “out” of any item. Honestly I’m reporting them to corporate and the health dept for another review I have seen on here with moldy food. This location needs to close or staff be fired one of the two.

I think someone is confused about flame broiled vs charred to a burnt crisp! This sandwich should have been thrown away! Would you serve this to your mother???????? The worst part is only the bottom was burnt. The top was mushy. It was uncooked, thawed out on top and burnt to a crisp on the bottom. They loaded it with mayo and toppings to mask the flavor. Based on the other reviews it seems this place needs to be shut down. The employees clearly don’t care what they serve to the customers.
