I haven’t eating at BK in Years. Mainly because of the customer service in majority of their stores. I ordered a Double whopper with cheese no onion no ketchup 8pc nugget & 4pc jalapeño bites. They forgot the cheese on my whopper. The Nuggets were cold and Super dry Like jerky. The jalapeño bites wasn’t even cooked all the way. They are bland and I couldn’t imagine actually eating them. Never again. It was 6yrs without BK and I guess I’ll go another 6yrs. Nothing has changed.

Microwaved my double cheese so long it was no longer eatable. Pickle and cheese stuck to the roof of my mouth at about 2000 degrees. Next time I want a microwaved burger I’ll just go to a gas station. No wonder burger king is going under.

I’m a little confused by the bad orders. I haven’t had a bad experience here since they opened but I’m not a frequent visitor. Each time the staff has been pretty friendly, save for one or two people who just seem like they don’t want to be there, but I get it. So long as you aren’t rude to me, it’s chill.

WOW….great service, order was correct, and staff was efficient and very courteous. The whole experience was such a surprise that I called the manager when I got home and thanked him! He told me they were working hard to do a good job. I will return.

I was left ignored by the counter, I’m unsure if it was accident or purpose but it wasn’t very pleasant. I noticed nobody was in the restaurant nor in the drive through. I was acknowledged one and was told to wait very rudely. I heard them laughing at the the back of the kitchen this was very displeasing.

Out of all of the food that I order the only thing that came out hot was the original chicken sandwiches. The fries were cold and old, the chicken nuggets were ice cold and hard as a rock in the double Whopper was cold. I ordered a small water with no ice for my puppy and even he wasn’t drink it because there was some other remnants of a soda mixed in with the water and even I tried it and it was disgusting when it should have been just plain water

The WORST BK location. Good luck getting anyone to come to the speaker during business hours. But yet when you drive off you can clearly see workers with headsets in the window on their cell phones. *If* you get someone to come to the speaker 9 times outta 10 they are rude. It’s also an incredibly bad look for BK when the employees are literally fist fighting each other as well.
