Ordered a milkshake on the screen and paid for it. Was then told their milkshake machine was down. Waited 20 min for the refund. The couldn’t do it on the card so gave me cash. Tax was not refunded. Now I’m carrying pennies around. The ladies working there were nice but the overall experience was very frustrating

Very bad experience, they use over 20 mins to make 2 sandwiches and nugs with only 2 customers in front. The whole team messed up 5 times and waster a lot of pre pared food and throughout to the trash cans.

took over 20 minutes to get my meal out with less than 2 people waiting in line. food was, well, it was burger king, but whatever it was in there ended up giving me the runs and i ended up with HORRIBLE stomach cramps. do not recommend.

Man I haven’t tried BK in four years and I regret trying today. I was first in line and ordered a spicy chicken, just the sandwich. 15 minutes pass and I’m still not getting it. I gave up, I saw a soldier in line and told him, “hey if my food ever comes out you can have it”. People were moving through the o’charleys faster, people were moving through the starbucks faster, and it legitimately takes them more time for each product.

On Jan 4th , ’24, I was traveling by myself to Hillsboro Oh, CMH was my final stop. I had an health issue, and was assisted by the young man behind the Burger King counter who came over to check on me, as I’d fallen from a stool after purchasing a meal. I wasn’t feeling well , hot & sweaty.
Once he helped me get stabled, asked me I was ok, he said he’d get me someone to help.
Mr. Terrence Poole came over, and I’m not sure about the wheel chair, but he also assisted me.
He went to get assist, but later returned because he couldn’t find anyone, to ask me if someone was waiting on me? Luck as it was my son was on the phone, had been cking on me…not planned…but for God!!!
Mr. Poole on the clock, took time to make sure I got safely to my son by himself, pushing me in wheelchair, pulling my luggage and waiting at D3 exit intil my son arrived.
Thank you is never enough sometimes, a hug and a handshake in today’s time is risky, but worth it.
However, I want to let management, and others around know there are great people who do care, and show kindness with humanity to others in time of need.
Several people witnessed what happened, but when I looked around, only those two young men, the only ones who resacted. One man sat right there, and watched the whole incident, but left as they helped me.
I went on with my travels bruised, sore and now home in GA.
Yet I can’t let this “good deed” by these two young men go unnoticed.
I’m an everyday citizen, wife, mother, grandmother, and so thankful I’m in the presence to be with my family.
Thank you again Mr. Poole and also the first young man who came to my rescue…RA.

The burgers were delicious, but they would be better if they had sauteed onions and peppers and how about sweet potatoes fries and let the customer decide if they want salted or unsalted fries since too much salt is hazardous to the heart and arteries.

If you’re on a budget and need to eat, Burger King is the best option at Columbus airport. The staff can get cranky at times. Best order in and out quickly. Like everything else at the airport, this closes around 10 PM. Best you get your hamburger by 8 PM. Having said that, keep an eye on the area. Once everything closes, you can find yourself a sleeping spot in the sofa chairs! Best – of literally none other – sleeping option if you have a layover!

While working in John Glenn International Airport, there isn’t a lot of quick food choices. Burger King is a decent place to eat. The girls there are pretty fast and I’ve tried most of the menu. They open at 7am and close at 9pm.
