I visited this Burger King on 3/6/2026 and had a really concerning experience in the drive-through.

When I pulled up, the employee said, “You can go ahead with your order.” I told her to give me one second because I don’t usually eat at Burger King and just needed a moment to look at the menu. She apparently forgot to turn her mic off because I could clearly hear her huffing and puffing, and then she told me again to go ahead with my order in an impatient tone.

When I got to the window to pay, the same employee came to the window and forcefully pushed the card reader out, like she was trying to rush me through the transaction. The way she did it was aggressive and very uncomfortable.

The entire interaction felt rude and unprofessional from start to finish. Honestly, with the way she was acting, it made me feel uneasy about my food and whether it was handled properly. No customer should feel like that just for asking for a second to look at the menu.

The employee had a short blonde haircut, which should help identify who was working the drive-through at that time. Management should really review the drive-through audio and camera footage from that time, because her reaction was clearly picked up on the mic.

I understand everyone has bad days, but taking it out on customers is not okay. It actually felt like she was purposely trying to rush people and make the experience unpleasant. This Burger King was honestly worse than the one on E. Main St, which is saying a lot.

I hope this gets looked into and addressed.

*I only grabbed 3 items a sandwich, French toast sticks and hash browns. Literally just needed 1 second to read the menu and she barely gave me anytime to think. Don’t eat here. I wouldn’t be surprised if they dropped my sandwich on the floor and gave it to me. I had to throw my whole meal away and went to work hungry unfortunately I couldn’t trust it. She was doing too much.

I will NEVER buy from this Burger King again! My brother and I got there a little before 9 this evening. Even though they were still going to be open until midnight, they seemed to be preoccupied with pre-closing (I worked at fast food for several years). We had to repeat our order at least 4 times to the little white girl at the drive thru. Despite that, my order of two whopper meals was missing the fries and the burgers were dry and shrunken, almost like they were taken out of the trash and reheated. The order of onion rings was the same. I will be complaining to corporate about this because I wasted almost $30 buying garbage food with very poor service.

Drive thru person was barely a functioning human being. First off, they didn’t even listen when I started ordering so I had to start over. Had to ask 4 times what toppings I wanted on my burger, which was pickles, ketchup, and onions. Of course no pickles. After ordering one burger and onion rings took 2 whole minutes I just wanted out of the drive thru and move on with my life. I know fast food employees aren’t peak human intelligence but my God this experience changed my perspective. Never going back…

For there to be no cars in the driveway and every worker in here has a attitude is sad no food is fresh everyone in here needs better training on customer service skills the light skin girl with the glasses kept rolling her eyes after telling us it’s a 6minute wait for the food we waited 15 minutes this place is the worse if you don’t like your job DONT APPLY FOR THE POSITION there’s ppl out here struggling to find work and keep the job they have so to come here to spend my hard earned money at this establishment and get such terrible service it’s Beyoncé I will never ever return to this location don’t waste your time or your money. At least the food was hot. GM on duty not friendly at all. She probably needs a new career path. Wouldn’t recommend due to messed up order and non friendly GM, who is likely teaching her employees the same thing.

This particular Burger King I stop at every once in awhile on my way to work for breakfast. Usually a good place but had an incident last week where I went through the drive-thru. I was waiting on hash browns so the lady told me to back up into the lane again past the pole just before the window and sit there. I waited at least 5 minutes until she waved me forward to the window and gave me my food. I have no idea what the significance was for me to back up instead of pool forward but I found it kind of strange.

Lobby closed at 5pm on a monday so i went through the drive thru. Ordered an impossible burger with no tomato and a diet coke. I got a sprite and a meat burger with only tomato. I cant have regular sodas or meat because of a medical condition. They didnt even put on the receipt that the drink was diet.
I went back immediately for a refund. They said it would take 2-3 business days to show up in my bank account. It’s been over a week and the money isn’t there. Completely incompetent and honestly insane how bad these people are at their jobs. It’s fast food, it’s really not that hard

Burger king is great. Definitely the king of burger chains. I got 10 nuggets, 4 mozzarella sticks, and a double cheeseburger for 5 bux. That is a score! This spot in particular had burgers that were a little dryer than other stores within the chain. The wait was longer than usual too. Burger King, They let you have it your way.

Screwed up my whole order again. How can you mess up bacon and a patty on a bun. Hats off to the grill cook who said he thought he heard my order correct but the drive thru lady rung it up wrong
