Poor customer service, employees have bad attitudes. Very unwelcoming when taking orders at the drive thru. You should greet customers, not say “ go ahead with your order “ food wasn’t hot. Yesterday (05/09/10) was my first time visiting this Burger King. Fast and fun service at the drive thru. The team member was friendly, funny, and she made laugh. I purchased the combo # 1 with cheese. The burger was nicely grilled and very tasty. Parking throughout the building. Double drive thru at this location. Decent prices.

I made a mobile order 10 minutes before the advertised closing time and when approaching the drive through there was no one answering so I advanced to the first and second window and waited a few minutes but no one was there. I went to the front and took pictures of the employees that were still inside but not serving the customers. Finally one of them came to the window saying they are closed although even then it was still not the closing time. I told her I already paid for my food on the app and that they’re still supposed to be open but she didn’t care and just walked away. I had to leave without getting the food I already paid for

I wanted to try the newly remodeled Bk close to my house. I will say that lay out looks nice but I was totally confused on why they weren’t using the drive through intercom to take orders. They told people to pull up to the first window to place an order which totally defeats the purpose of the drive through signage that people use to place orders. The burger was warm at least based on more recent reviews. So I hope they will step it up soon or they won’t be there.

I sat there waiting for a half hour for two meals behind one person. I called him and the man was condescending and rude. He wouldn’t give me his name but said he was the manager. After waiting for half an hour they missed an entire meal. Terrible customer service. Terribly made food. A complete smart ass for a very simple solution.

You’ve worked yourself up, you’ve said I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to the best rated one in my area. You even make it simple for them, 3 sandwiches, all the same, no special additions. And they completely let you down and get all 3 sandwiches incorrect. A complete failure.
As you sit in your car, your money spent, you’ve already driven away because you trusted them. Your woman is trying to console you, saying at least the fries are good. And now you’ve got to sit there with sandwiches that aren’t what you ordered. Thinking to yourself, this is why this franchise is dying.

Placed a mobile order on 08/15/25 at 9:51PM. I ordered the $7.99 Whopper meal no cheese, junior Whopper no cheese. I received a Whopper with bacon and cheese, nuggets and a mixture of onion rings and fries. I called once I discovered the issue at 10:32PM 08/15/25 spoke to a friendly young lady who offered to correct their error if I returned on 08/16/25. I called today and spoke to a female “manager” Raven who used phrases such as “like I said” “like I told you” and “calm down” (all very poor word choices for someone in management) she informed me that they wouldn’t do anything about it since it was a mobile order. She told me to request a refund through the app. Based on this poor level of service I imagine this location must be hemorrhaging money in the form of refunds. I ordered here almost weekly because my 85 year old mother enjoys Burger King. Well the last time was certainly her last time for this location.

Do not order from the store from any online services if you do order from here make sure you go to the store anytime I order from DoorDash or Uber eats something is always missing or my order is wrong, they are terrible and it seems like nobody there can read. I was supposed to get a bacon king, obviously you don’t see any bacon on the sandwich, they are totally incompetent… so my first review I just seen was left two years ago today I decided to give them another chance, today is January 28, 2024 I just went in there and they have four cars in the drive-through and they have the nerve to give me cold old fries and a nasty burger that was dry and old and burn, I’m definitely calling corporate in the morning, this is beyond ridiculous
