I’ve visited a good dozen BK locations in the Columbus metro area and this one is by far the best in terms of food quality, service (friendly, fast), dining room cleanliness (and decor!), etc. They’ve always treated me well, and for that, I will remain a loyal customer.

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I ordered a Whopper and Cheesy Tots, and neither item was fresh. The food was cold, the Whopper tasted like it had been sitting for a while, and the Cheesy Tots were barely warm and lacked crispness. For a fast-food restaurant, fresh and hot food should be the bare minimum. Because of the quality and temperature of the food, this was not an enjoyable experience and not one I would rush to repeat.

This Burger King used to be dirty and not really worth it. Now?? Wow! This people are unbelievably good at their job! I didn’t get time to grab a straw before my food was ready and the tables are actually clean!

Went here several times and I always get the same results. Always sucks. The lights to the restaurant turn off every day at 7pm it looks like someone took the lights out the bk sigh and looks closed.
Went here for the first time in a while and they gave me the wrong food no big deal. I went somewhere else. I have given be my money they messed up. So I called them and they said bring the food back so I did and they said they wpuld make it over and I said no I want the refund. They said no! So I left and have never been back.

I used the drive thru but didn’t open the wrapper until I finished my fries and this is what their big fish looks like? It was too late for me to turn around to confront them, they just lost a customer. I will be conducting business in the area next month and know where we WILL NOT be going, horrible, not recommending.

Talk about a turnaround! This BK used to be one to avoid, but my, how times have changed! We’ve had 3 consistent, excellent experiences with this location over the last two months.

I work next door and I go to this BK almost daily (literally) and its the best one I’ve been to in Columbus in a LONG TIME. Theres one manager in there..he’s awesome. Always good food. When hes not there its sub par. That guy is legit tho.

BK’s Royal crispy chicken sandwich and frozen coke are always the best in fast food restaurants of burgers. Whoppers are fresh but the patty sometimes tastes old.
This location is great with crowns, free WiFi, and clean room.The question is that I felt sorry to see there were only two ladies working on drive thru and dining in at this BK during dinner time, which made the service really slow. They have to hire more staff to help these two kind ladies.

Exceedingly rude person on drive through. Refused to perform simple substitution other locations do, and needs to correct his tone with customers.
Burgers were completely doused in mayonnaise. It was dripping off of the sandwiches. I can only assume this was intentional as it was a disgusting amount.
One on south high is way better, go there.
