So I pull up to the drive thru at 6:45pm!! Customer in front of me completes his order, I remember the price, $8.08! I’m sitting at the speaker for 7-8 minutes, no response, no one took my order. So, I back up, about to go in, and some light skin dude locked the door before I could even get 5 steps from my car!! Very unprofessional, don’t know if I will be back! Don’t want to deal with ignorance that comes with that territory, need a new crew, or new manger……. I shall spread the word about how unprofessional the crew and manager are…..

The fries were cold and seemed old, the burger was cold like it was in the fridge or something. Everything seemed like they had taken it out of the trash can and put it in my bag.

Imagine walking in and this is your view for 30 seconds to only be told they are out of the menu item. But hey, what can you expect when the doors are covered with dirt and fingerprints. Just nasty.

Went through the drive thru on our way home. Looked in bag and everything was there. Got home and started to eat when I was grossed out by an entire mouthful of mayonnaise. Every sandwich had around 10 times the normal mayonnaise on them and were plain other than that. Tried to call in to talk to someone but the line was always busy.

Probably the worst Burger King ever. I have only been here twice, and it’s been about 3 years since the last time because of how bad the service was then. Apparently nothing has changed. The inside, while recently remodeled, was rather dirty for a totally-empty restaurant. The really amazing thing, though, was how depressed the staff seemed to be. They didn’t really talk to each other and barely spoke to the customers, including us. I’d definitely avoid this place if I were you.

It was not only closed a whole hr early on 8/15/23 but it was said they were short staffed. As I sat in the drive thru from 9:00-9:10 before they even informed me they were closed. And to add I took video of them laughing an ect. All 6 people but they short staffed umm I’m the only one in the drive thru. If your company can’t follow your posted times. Then mabey you should hire more responsible people that want to work an not get paid too joke an okay on your clock. A whole hr before you close. Make it make sense it’s sad seriously

Supposed to be open until 10pm. Pulled into the drive thru at 9:10pm. Behind another car. After about 5 minutes the car in front left. I pulled up, nobody came on the speaker. Saw people inside moving about. Waited 5 minutes, saying “hello?” Several times. Finally left after getting no service. Went to DQ less than 5 minutes before closing. Pulled up, ordered, got my food . Do not go to BK or Wendy’s in Canal. Both have zero service quality. Go to DQ.

Only two employees ever working. When I get here, one is just chilling in her car with the headset on for the driveway. Just looking at me. The other employee inside also had a headset on but he never spoke up. It wasn’t until I said “I know the speaker activated when my truck drove up so I know you hear me” only then does the rudest lady ever come on the speaker. Once I get to the window it was over a 10 minute wait. Trash employees. Trash food.

Never coming back! It took my entire hour lunch to get my food and there was only one person in front of me. When I did get my food, they put everything in little cups because I ordered no bun. The fries were cold too!
