I have been to a lot of different burger kings around here and columbus and this one by far has the best food and service. I always get a fresh hot burger right from the grill. Other bks sometimes make it fresh but most of the time they just say it’s fresh but when u eat it u can tell it’s not. But I will drive a little further to visit this bk off 40 because it’s always fresh like I ask. Also thus visit the manager with the cool tatts on his arm has great customer service.

Got the shroom n Swiss seasonal sandwich. Was cold and looked way off compared to the menu describing photo. Spent hard earned $ on this. And waited for about 10 minutes to get it. Very aggravating and one more local customer gone Me & my family will be going somewhere that actually wants business as this is not the first bad experience at this location

The drive thru attendant needs to stop talking and let the customer order their food. Also, when we received the order it was lukewarm at best. The sandwich was not even put together well. I don’t eat here much, now I know why.

Aleigha is the absolute best!! We put in a 50 something sandwich order for staff members at Legend Valley and they had it done very quickly, even on short notice. She was happy to do so. We do this a lot and you’d be surprised how many managers are angry to do it and treat their staff poorly. Give that girl a raise, they don’t make them like her anymore!

Went into Burger King wanted to get food for myself and wife. They had a little bit of a line but it went down very quickly so I was hopeful. Then they received a large order which was no problem. Well after 20 mins still no food nor was our order taken. At 30 mins I heard the lady ask hey can I start taking orders now, they took a drive through order before the customers that were dining in that have waiting for over 30 mins. I immediately left and went to Subway and had a really nice lunch. I left a complaint on the BK website, still no word or reach out to myself.
This place is a joke and is known for being slow and low quality food.

Is there a reason Burger King NEVER puts napkins in my bag? Like you DO KNOW you serve greasy food? Am I supposed to wipe it on my steering wheel or clothes after I’m done with your fast food? Do I specifically have to ask for a certain number of napkins to be included in a drive thru order that I’m eating in the car? C’mon….over 3 times now and it makes me think you don’t have a napkin stock…start buying paper towels BK because I’m going to start asking for 10 napkins every time I come through- I don’t want grease stains on my clothes….

This was what my Whopper looked like. Pathetic. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no mayo, and only one thin little ring of onion. My husband’s Whopper looked exactly the same – so not a fluke. This is the worst Burger King we’ve been to, which is unfortunate because it’s the most convenient location. Last time we went there, they didn’t have impossible burgers (which is a regular response at this Burger King), but then they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have fries either because their fryer wasn’t working. I ordered my mom an original chicken sandwich and apparently they were out of lettuce that day too because there was nothing on that sandwich. It’s a shame that this is one of the newer Burger Kings. This particular store gives Burger King a bad reputation.

Absolutely amazing! The manager I believe at the time, josh reassured that my meal would be done soon, asked my preference, and keep attention with me throughout my whole order. Later on, a manager I believe the tag said Taylor took my order in the drive through within minutes! These are great representatives for these wonderful workers! Although slightly slow sometimes they are improving.

Slowest service I have had anywhere. they only take 1 order at a time in the drive thru. The take 1 order, take payment at the window, and complete the order and hand then thier food before they take another order. I have seen them do this several times sonit was not just a 1 time thing because of staffing issues. I pulled right up to the drive thru, only 1 car in the other lane, and 1 car at the window. So only 2 orders ahead of Me. And I had to wait 20 minutes before I even ordered.

I ordered online for a pickup order. In theory you order online, pick your pick-up time, and just go to the order pick-up counter to get your food. That’s not how it worked for me. I ordered and set my pick-up time, easy peasy. I show up, on time, but there’s no order. After searching thier system it apparently never came through. I pulled up my receipt email to prove 1) I was at the right store, on the right day, at the right time 2) I had paid for my order already and 3) I wasn’t trying to steal or get free food. After it was confirmed that I really did place an order, the staff said they’d make the order and it would be right out. Twenty five minutes later I finally got my food. And what was this order that took so long to make? Three whoppers, two large fries and a kid’s meal. Gee, I’m so glad I tried the “faster” way to order. Being a new store, I was a little disappointed that their tech seems broken already. See the picture of their menu board as an example of what I mean.
