LAZY! Ordered two of the simplest items on the menu and somehow managed to get one item that was completely wrong . Went back through to get my correct items and they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience. Blowing and rolling their eyes, crew and the manager by the way. IF YOU CANT HANDLE WORKING IN FAST FOOD , DONT! This place gets crapper each time I order here. Save you money and go somewhere else.

Corporations worry about providing speedy service at the expense of quality service!!!!! It’s a sad world we live in when interaction with a machine is valued of human interaction. An off duty employee at this establishment had to get up from their table to provide service to cash paying customers because the other employees were focusing on drive thru And kiosk orders. I’m so disappointed in the reality we live in and I haven’t even gotten my food yet! I do want to say thank you to the lady who took time out of her day to help her colleagues And me!

The Campbellsville Kentucky Burger King location was very good for what you would expect from this franchise. The fries were good and my Bacon King burger was good the service was fast and the employees seemed polite. I would recommend.

Placed a mobile breakfast order at 9:55 a.m., paid it out, and scheduled it for pick up 20/30 minutes later. I got to the restaurant around 10:25, they claimed my order never showed up, never went through. How do you lose a prepaid mobile breakfast order placed 25/30 minutes before breakfast is over?

Super inconsistent food and service. You might get a decent sandwich quickly or you get pulled forward to wait for 5 minutes just to get a cold burger, unsalted fries, and no sauce. The peaks are too low to justify the risk of the often poor food.

Absolute best Burger King I have ever been to, it puts other fast food joints to shame. Shout out to Brittany, Konia, Conner, and Everett. I know the employees by name because they’re that good!

Clean store, friendly service, good food value. It was a little distracting a sweaty girl, barefoot at times, going into the kitchen area. The last time I believe she cooked her food, but did put on flip-flops. The fish sandwich did not have a sesame seed bun which we thought it was supposed to have. Overall a good visit and would recommend for a fast food stop.

Great experience! The iced coffee was smooth and perfectly balanced. Burger was hot, fresh, and made just right. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
