I’ve had issues in the past getting a hot meal here, but man they knocked it out of the park this time! Me and my bestie had a very hot and fresh meal here- we were very satisfied! It was worth the wait. I would rather wait 5-10 minutes & be offered quality instead of trying to push orders through and rush us out the door. Thank you to the whole team!

Got a whopper waited in line 30 minutes got my food and they dumped salt and pepper on it. It tasted like you took a spoonful of salt and shoved it in your mouth. It was completely all over. It got a kids meal too and couldn’t even take the burger off the paper.

Food was good except that I asked for like mayo and there was so much it was literally pouring off. I had to wipe it off before I could eat.
The staff was decent.
The place was empty so it was quiet.
No real complaints, but on the flip side, nothing super extra either. I’d go again if I were passing through again.

My husband and I go to this Burger King with our daughter whenever we got to E-town because it’s one of the few fast food places that still has a playground. The last time we went, my husband got food poisoning from one of their chicken sandwiches. He also heard from two of his friends at work that they got food poisoning from this Burger King, too. Thankfully, I was spared, but it’s probably not a coincidence that my husband and both his friends all ate at this Burger King and all got food poisoning. The food tastes great, the building is nice, I love the playplace, and the service is great, but I won’t eat here again unless there is a thorough inspection to find out what is causing people to get food poisoning.

Thought it was gonna be good. Took a while before our food was ready. Extras I ordered were not on my burger and burgers r not even warm. Consumers shouldn’t have to bring this to their attention. I paid for it and I want to just sit and eat. I tried 2 fountain drinks and they were running out of syrup- so mostly carbon water. Workers should be checking on these things often and making sure its stocked.

Food was awful. Ordered the hyped up brisket whopper and this is what I got. Unbelievable. Talked with the manager and they said it was made properly. Don’t waste your time or money. Also ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets and they tasted like cardboard.

Not only did the store get my order wrong, Cody hung up on me when I called the restaurant about my delivery order. I ordered my whopper with no lettuce, it was also missing tomato and ice cold. I ordered and paid for an extra zesty sauce for my onion rings, no sauce at all, onion rings ice cold. The churro fries come with chocolate sauce, right? Not mine. And they were cold along with my son’s fries and whopper. Cody didn’t want to hear what they did wrong. But, I at least deserve my money back. And they see my face quite often enough that delivery isn’t that hard.

Medium Cool Iconic drink displayed at $1.79 on both their drive thru signs but rung up as $1.99. The manager stated, “I can’t do anything about it. That’s how it rings up in the system.” I returned the drink and got a refund because he refused to refund me the difference. BEWARE of the price differences and check your receipts; more importantly, stay away from this resturant.

Was so excited to have the new street corn whopper only to be completely disappointed. Burger was cold and dry. Had barely any sauce or street corn at all. I love Burger King but every time I try anything at this location, it is simply TRASH. Why hype up the new whoppers if the workers won’t take the time to get the new items correct?? Go to the Burger King on Leitchfield road instead. They never disappoint. My brother got the fried pickle whopper and my mother got the maple bbq bacon whopper. Neither were made correctly. Smh. What a waste of $30. They should be ashamed.
