So I’ve always loved Burger King but tonight was really disappointing. My daughter and I had a coupon for 2 Whopper meals for 14.99. Our total went up to 17.66$ because it’s .60 cents for a single piece of cheese. (That’s insane) When we got our food our sandwiches were luke warm and our cheese was cold & tasted like that plastic off brand cheese from the dollar store. It was really nasty. No flame taste, nothing like the burger king I’ve eaten at my entire life. Will not eat here again. The lids didn’t even fit on our drink cups. The whole experience was really gross. Do better burger king.

Well I can say this the menu display wasn’t working had to look up what we wanted to eat on our phones. The store was very dirty. Crispy dried pickles on the floors. Every table and seat had food and coke on it. Then our order came wife took one bite of the spicy chicken sandwich and immediately spit it out. And thats that. Will not be back to the hwy54 location.

Spent $42.35 around 1030pm on 11/29/25. No other cars in line. Ordered a double whopper meal, single whopper, chicken sandwich and two orders of chicken fries. My wife’s chicken sandwich and bun were ice cold, literally almost frozen and inedible. Chicken fries were old and tough, whoppers barley warm. Only one order of fries were hot and the other cold. The woman at the window was yelling at her coworker in the back. She did not give me a receipt, worst experience ever. Wish I could get a refund, won’t be back.

Came thru the drive thru and ordered three items for the three for $7. I realized my total was higher and when I asked the lady working drive thru she was very rude, told me I have to “ask” for said promotion then slammed the window in my face. It went down $4 in total.

I have drove off from drive-thru 3 times in last 2 weeks before I even got to place my order. I waited at ordering for over 10 minutes all 3 times, with only 1 vehicle at the pickup window. Is there a reason the drive-thru can only service one customer at a time? There was a gentleman at the “pay” 1st windows just looking down at the drive-thru, while continuing to tell me to wait to order. He wasn’t doing anything, just standing there. If you don’t want to wait forever to get service through the drive through, I recommend going elsewhere.

I didn’t have it my way… unfortunately. I asked for a original chicken with lettuce mayo pickle and onion. I did not have mayo, pickle and they added tomato ( to both sandwiches)

Staff was friendly. Food is descent. Sometimes they’re kind of slow but not this time. I ordered a medium coke.. I bet it was 1/3 of the way full and the rest ice.. this picture is after I got home about 15 minutes after I ordered it. And all the coke is gone. the rest is ice. There was more but it’s melted some. Barely any coke. A rip off… I drank what little coke was is in there in 2 minutes.. I’ll go again but never ordering a coke with ice. But to be fair I’ve been to this Burger King probably 30 times and never really any problems.

I had originally given a five star review but after this experience I don’t think I’ll go back, the staff was very rude, they said they were making our chicken jr fresh, and it was still cold! The fries were “blanched” cold in the middle,, still felt raw, and simply just soggy! Very disappointed with this experience.
