The standards here may be extremely low, but this location just flat out sucks. Everything is dirty and they got the order wrong. Just ask them to change anything on your burger and see what happens. Out of ketchup???? How are you out of ketchup? Also be prepared to clean your own table before you sit down.

Friendly and fast enough. But I was tired and hangry, so I ignored the fact that they didn’t put lettuce on the Jr’s. They probably would have made new ones, but it was lunch time and I didn’t feel like standing in line.

I ordered a large combo in the drive through. I overheard them talking about ice. Then I was handed an obviously warm drink with no ice. I thought whatever, since I was going home. The sprite was completely flat! The fries were overcooked as well. Sad way to run a business.

You ever come across someone who just given up hope on everything and you want to back away slowly? That was Burger King that day. They’ve been better and I have complete Faith Hill gets some help back they always do but I’ll be able to get for probably a week or so. Its been honestly years since I’ve actually been to BK and had a whopper and it was nice to grab a bite of one again. I forget which location it is but there was one in town that would always mess up even the simplest of orders so I stopped going. But this location off Triplett has never missed a beat so far! The food has always been hot and fresh and the breakfast is great too!

I went there this morning and the service was wonderful! The gentleman who assisted me (wore a green bandana and a chili mask) with my order was kind and patient with me even though my orders tend to be difficult or obnoxious. I appreciate him so much. Also. He knew the menu well enough to hook me up with the 2 for 4 deal. Gotta love a good deal and great customer service. Thanks man. I appreciate you. I know there are a lot of Karens running in the wild right now, but there are antikarens too. Stay safe.

Workers were very nice and courteous. Very busy during lunchtime and uncomfortable inside wait for food, but that’s to be expected. Since it was so busy, I am assuming they couldn’t keep up with cleanliness, but in my opinion, that should be a top priority. Managers can also clean the dining area, that’s not a job for a lower level worker only…hint hint.
