A Nightmare On Wrestling Street !
Rude workers. The one guy at cash register with bald head kept making me wait for the cookies I already bought and paid for while giving me an attitude. Instead of giving me the cookies I paid for that was sitting right next to him on the counter he kept ringing up the people behind me. Then he started to bag up someone else’s stuff where the other worker was bagging up stuff. I asked could I get my cookies. He stopped and looked at me like he was about to go off. And said the following “Hey do you think you’re the only one in this restaurant?” Which I replied no I do not but should have handed me my cookies before you started ringing up others and bagging food. Then put some in a bag and while we going back and forth he then scrunched my bag of cookies like he was going to throw to the floor which was really a threat to me. He also accused me of cussing him which I did not. I WILL NOT be eating/supporting/going here ever again? Best be getting this hot head out of there before they lose their business I’m sure I’m not the first or the last to have trouble out of this guy and definitely won’t be the last

Very disappointed. Waited 16 minutes for a whopper w/cheese. Seemed like no one knew exactly what their job or station was. Guy taking orders was running in the back to make burgers after taking my $ and not washing his hands even once. Touching everything. And to top off my 16 minutes wait, it was cold….10 bucks for lunch that was cold and took the better part of my lunch break. Never going here again

Ordered online and did a drive-thru pick up.
Randy greeted me over the speaker, they handed me the straw and napkins in their own bag to keep them from getting greasy, food was ready within minutes, and I stopped in their parking lot to leave a nice review.

DON’T COME HERE TO BUY the Adam’s Family Special menu (purple Whopper)!!!! It’s a complete scam. They’ll give you a regular Whopper and claim they’re out of the purple bun, but they won’t inform you of this when you order—only when you go back to complain. The manager won’t care and will just say with a smirk she can’t do anything and doesn’t know why you weren’t warned. Not to mention that it’s fast food and you’ll be waiting in line for over 40 minutes and this has happened multiple times

I had ordered the Spongebob meal when I came in then after I ordered it I didn’t get my drink till my food came out 20 minutes later… My buddy beside me had ordered pick up an hour ago and was waiting there for 40+ minutes. Short story the entire time I got there all of the people who was working was complaining about wanting to go home and they were very rude calling out peoples number. I sure do hope they get in check before someone serious orders and they don’t like the service.

I was served a breakfast sandwich and the bread is molded. . They offered to give me another sandwich like that’s what I wanted is more miles. Zero cleanliness standards. How did you miss this and serve this to a customer.

Hubs and I stopped by today at noon… We both got Whoppers and fries.. Was hot and fresh.. brought me back to the old whopper days.. The lady at the register was wonderful, and I asked her name but unfortunately forgot it. She was welcoming and totally on it. Will definitely be back. Thanks BK Russellville for a great experience
