Went to do an order for my kids and me for supper and watched them as they handled the food barehanded no gloves and one of the guys was blowing his nose and never went and washed his hands at the front counter they wanted me to move from the window and I was tired so I didn’t move and I looked over and saw this happening with facial hairs and it was just disgusting I lost my appetite and they never even offered me a refund It was awful.
I don’t know if the crew last night was just some random people filling in but they definitely don’t look or act like people in food service with food service certifications to be preparing food for human consumption.
Very seriously thinking of calling the health department on you so get ready You might get a surprise visit

The only problem I had was the timeliness. For me to be the only person in drive thru. It should not have taken so long. Not sure what the problem was, because there were plenty of employees( tho pleasant)just standing around. Our 2 whopper Jr’s. were really good.

Really no complaints except the jalapeño cheddar bites are never fresh. The best BK in our area (oak Grove and Clarksville) is the one on fort Campbell by ringold rd and post office. I was in food service (store management and district manager) and this place is the only one I’ll eat at. Good customer service, fast paced workers, food fresh and has the BK good grill smell. The worse one is on riverside dr for MANY reasons. That store needs me to run it!!! Lol

If I could leave 0 starz I would. We waited 10 mins for our food to get cold fries & used food. We ordered a 2 for $10 no pickles no onions & one no mustard. I received cold fries & burgers. One sandwich was plain with nothing on it except the bun had ketchup. How is there ketchup on the bun when the entire sandwich has no ketchup (that was supposed to be the only thing) Like they replaced the bun & the other top bun had ketchup when the ketchup was placed on the bottom. Please take the extra 7 mins and drive to any other Burger King. They made us wait all that time to give old a$$ used food. I couldn’t even go & get my money back because I had to be to work.in the photos are two separate sandwiches on is lifted to show there’s no ketchup anywhere else except the residue from a used sandwich

I got several Spongebob meals here delivered, cost me over $40. Know what I got? They stuffed three square whoppers and 3 fries into one regular bag. Where were my kids toys? Why didn’t I get the spongebob cardboard box? Where was the special edition crown? FORTY DOLLARS!
Not to mention my “large” fries were filled halfway.
Last time I ever go to Burger King anywhere, I’m sticking with McDonalds. At least when they price gauge me I get everything I ordered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Obviously its fast food, but you’d expect it not to taste like chemicals and be uncooked, I got $70 worth of food (multiple people obviously) and everyone ended up throwing everything away, burritos had RUNNY eggs, the cheese bite(SpongeBob meal) WERE FROZEN. Fries stale and frozen onion rings. The meat tasted RANCID, could have been the chemical taste. Again it’s fast food but one of us is pregnant… last thing I want is there to be a problem with the baby because a fast food restaurant gave bad food. Again by no means do I expect it to be perfect, but $70 later and a baby also consuming this food is highly concerning.
