There’s a negative feeling when you enter the establishment, that manager in some weird looking button up shirt whom I am assuming is the store manager, was absolutely wigging out, it looked like hells kitchen with her yelling at the staff like Gordon Ramsay. I feel bad for every single person working there under her.

Fries were terrible, came out cold. Lids, condiments and straws aren’t by the soda fountain. The whopper tasted fine. Overall wasn’t impressed.

Fries weren’t cooked all the way. Nuggets were old and rock hard. Chicken fries not fresh. I also had a Oreo shake on my order but they said the icecream machine was down. The door dasher asked for extra nuggets instead and the female manager was very rude to her and said no that I’d have to request a refund thru the app. Which they don’t offer refunds on the app only extra reward points. She needs to be fired for her poor service and hateful attitude. Dasher made it clear she was in a bad mood.

The female manager renee or however you spell it on the night of 07/27/23 was horrible and rude I had to pull off because she was literally arguing with me that I cant have my order made the way I get it every single time I come here and told me she works 6 nights a week so I must be lying about having it made that way. I ordered a 33$ delivery of the BK app, after 1 hour I called wondering where my order was to be told after I had given my name that 1 I was pronouncing my name wrong and 2 she gave it to a lady with dreads, she said she was a manager and her name was Jasmine, she than said the food wasn’t her responsibility because she gave it to someone to whom she didn’t even know what company they worked for, idk how a person without common sense and so rude is the manager there but this was not the 1st time, a seperated time we were there and ppl where complaining how long it was taking so they were saying ” y’all can take a application” . They even had a female employee run in the bathroom crying and they yelled at hir from the counter to dry it up or go home….it has been a long time sense my temper has flared the way this slow, rude no etiquette having make believe manager Jasmine had me . Nw wonder ppl busy Thier windows and stuff. tHe whole team needs thrown away and new polite ppl hired.
