I’ve been at work for 12 hours, I’m exhausted and hungry&just wanted another sandwich because I paid $10-12 for the meal, so I Called and told them I wanted my sandwich replaced please and explained why and said I even took a picture but was told they can’t control the size of the patty and wouldn’t replace, I hung up because she wasn’t trying to help me. my chicken patty was the size of a chicken strip, I already know if they would of paid for it, they would of wanted a refund or a new sandwich so why give it to anybody else?! The 2nd pic is the regular chicken sandwich which is under $2 and looks better than mine. I ordered the royal crispy chicken and it came out like that, where is that anywhere close to the size of a chicken sandwich cmon now!

Slow not so fast food but great, Super Hot apple cinnamon pies, barely warm fries & onion rings. STEAK WHOPPER HAD CHEESE which I specifically chose no cheese but it’s freaking fast food, not dependable & always wrong even ordering on APP!

We really need to learn basic customer service skills. A simple “hi, how may I help you” goes a loooooong way. In opposed to just staring at me. When I got my food home (which is 2 minutes from the restaurant) the burger was cold…fries was lukewarm…WHY!!! Good customer service is at an all time LOW!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I ate at the BK in Hopkinsville. I heard horror stories about undercooked food and terrible service for years; this turned out not to be true when our family gave them a chance and ordered dinner. App worked well, food was good and made as specified. Staff was polite and quickly got my order ready.

I’ve never waited longer for any fast food ANYWHERE. There was one woman working the drive thru window and the counter register and like 5 employees sitting around in the back doing absolutely nothing. After waiting 10 mins to place my order and another 20 mins to receive it they still shorted me an entire whopper meal!!! Like really?!? Whoever the manager is there really sucks cuz it’s been this way for the past year consistently. Avoid the disappointment and just don’t go… or make sure you have at least 30 mins to spare inside or in the drive thru makes no difference. And of course when I callled to speak with the manager it conveniently goes to voice mail and the Voicemail is full and can’t accept any new messages. Unfortunately Burger King is privately owned so complaining to corporate won’t make a difference. And for the manager who reads this review I have included a picture of my receipt that I got screwed on.

Placed an order online just to wait for a truck that was stuck for 10 minutes at the window. Make him move forward if his order is going to take so long and the order behind him is ready. And then they don’t give me a drink when I get to the window arguing my order only includes nuggets and fries. What a surprise when I get home, check my receipt and indeed I paid for a drink and didn’t get it. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service
1. The woman at the speaker kept saying “What? Huh?” couldn’t hear for anything and had a snarky attitude.
2. The lady we gave our money to didn’t remember how much we gave her.
3. When we got to the second window all we heard was “ketchup” then she handed us the bag and slammed the window.
4. The food was mediocre at best. Burgers were dry and tasteless. Mozzarella fries were fried too long so super crunchy.
Definitely would rather go to Madisonville, and they kinda suck too.

Chicken sandwich was old,y’all just re-heated you can look at it the color of the chicken grease old too,and you can tell it’s been sitting. they closed the wrong one down y’all should of left the one in Walmart, and shut down the one on fort Campbell,Blvd down they barely put Onion rings in the bag geesh no onion sauce ketchup tho. Do better
