Lobby was locked upon arrival but my food was prepared on time after ordering from the app and the cheeseburher was actually much better than I had expected with the chicken sandwich being halfway uncooked and left uneaten. There was no wait at the DT and the cashier was nice and friendly.

Ordered 4 sandwiches, two with onion rings, one with fries. Received none of the four sandwiches I ordered correctly. To be clear, the sandwiches were the wrong ones and were also rang in/made incorrectly. I went back to the store, the sides were great so left them at home, got my four sandwiches remade. They literally remade the four sandwiches that I brought back the same way, threw the others in the trash. Went back a third time, the manager came out and he was friendly and apologized. I still did not get the food for my family that cost a little over $40.00. Do better BK, contact me and make it right please.

My favorite BK in BG. Manager was giving master class on how to treat customers after a misunderstanding with order. (Never know who is a habitual google map reviewer.) I appreciate him and the young lady who took my order. My maple bourbon whopper was great!

1st review: This is better than most BKs. Service is always done with a smile, and my food was crispy and hot this trip. The croissants look new and are tasty. It’s still a Burger King. Get the app for discounts.

Ordered via the mobile app. Pulled up to drive through without any waiting. My food was at the window as soon as I pulled up. Came through on a great time of the day. That being said; the service was excellent and my food was hot and fresh. Impressed.

We’ve been here numerous times in the past two months. Always friendly service. The food is generally good. One time a drink was nasty with no syrup but they replaced it quickly. Never went in, Always drive thru.

The food was good. The restaurant was smoky and dirty. They were friendly enough (all men) but someone needs to come in and clean. Drink machine spit ice out of the top every 2 minutes making a permanent puddle on the floor. Lol. Don’t let the picture fool ya. There’s no playground.

This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in the entire city of Bowling Green, KY. I’m a regular Door Dasher and k try and avoid orders, especially at night, from this store. You will wait in the drive through for AT LEAST 20 minutes, usually longer, and the night crew is rude as hell.

There are supposed to be 9 chicken fries in this box. Instead, i received many old, broken, hard pieces. They were completely inedible. I can’t believe someone would even think it its okay to serve someone this.
