The restaurant was awful and the customer service was terrible the front counter only serving ice cream and the manager the store was also dirty and while having customers waiting you had four employees standing in the grill area and no one serving the front customers when I asked for fresh onion ring my stop watch timer was at 14mins and 40 secs on the ones in the warmer and the manager said she has worked there long enough to know that they was still good she was rude! She would not give me her name Burger King is a great place to eat if it’s managed right.

First, I love BK, specifically the crispy royal wraps. But I wholeheartedly believe that this particular BK needs a revamp in workers, especially management. We come, on average, once every couple of months because I think, “surely, it’ll be good service this time, they can’t suck EVERY visit.” But sure enough. I also believe drug tests, random and multiple, would be a good idea.

One visit, they got my order wrong TWICE. I was super polite, smiled, understand things happen, just wanted it fixed when I took it in the second time (There are certain issues as to why certain items can’t be eaten) Anyway, I believe she was a supervisor and after waiting an EXTENDED amount of time for a new wrap, the lady grabs it from where it had been sitting the whole time, drops it in the floor. She then proceeds to pick it up, fix it in the wrapper, all the while she is in front of me with me watching, and then realizes I’m watching her, and asks “do you want a different one?” Like seriously?

I have had 1 friendly waitress, and she got yelled at by someone in the back because she put sliced cheese and the woman that yelled at her thought it8 should have been shredded. I told the yelling lady I wanted sliced, even though she really didn’t ask and I do prefer shredded, but like, don’t yell at her.

During this same visit, I also watch a man go in and out of the building several times, vape in the middle of the doors, and never wash his hands all the while putting food in bags.

This BK needs a staff overhaul

Decent food. But the dining room was pretty unkempt. Could’ve definitely used a sweep and a mop. There weren’t many people inside at the time. It didn’t seem too busy otherwise either.

Went through the drive thru and simply ordered an ice cream of which they somehow mixed the order number and couldn’t find it . Turns out they tagged it with another name and number,smh.

I have been to this restaurant very rarely because even with a empty drive through and the tables empty inside it still takes 30 minutes to get your food. The first time we went it took an hour with 3 people at tables, and me and my husband and one other car in the drive through. I love burger kings food. We went to the window and watched 5 employees standing around laughing, no one was working and they were eating food and drinking things. Second time we sat in the drive through and the lady at the window was really rude because my husband “interrupted her work” to ask for more ketchup, she was cutting up with her buddies. The last time was this last Friday March 29th 2025. We were the ONLY people there, took forever to get our order taken in the drive through, got to the window and just for the record our pit chewed up my husband’s old wallet a year ago right after he got his new card so his card has been damaged every single time we’ve went to this restaurant. When the card didn’t work the first time we explained they’d have to try it again and it would work (as it always has) instead the man at the window who’s name tag said “Queen” acted like we had no clue what we were talking about about and him and another female worker acted like it was such a hard thing and they needed to type it in manually (they didn’t they just needed to stick it in the machine again) and we sat there for 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out. After ten minutes we knew our food would’ve been cold so my husband just said don’t worry about the food and we took our card back and left, went straight to Arby’s where the card worked 1ST TRY! Y’all need to be better about who you hire, your service sucks and some of the employees clearly don’t want their job that badly.

I just went through the drive thru where one side was moving faster and random which messed up the orders. After I ordered I was told to pull forward, no total. When I went to pay I was asked did the total sound correct, which it did. After taking my card they handed me a receipt which was not my order. I told the person at the register intending to just pay for mine and the other persons to make it easy. I just wanted my order. The man at the register goes and gets what I’m assuming was the manger Angela. She slams the drive thru window and proceeds to refund the order aggressively slinging her keys around. While I couldn’t hear her I can only assume by her nasty body language. Very bad business and behavior for a small mistake with an easy fix. Will not be back to this location. Angela needs to work on herself.
