My wife finally decided to head to a different side of town and we hadn’t had burger king in ages. She does a mobile order and then also asks for the frys to be extra crispy at the window she gets to the window and for whatever reason the boss lady comes up after we asked for the frys to be crispy and spending over 50 bucks and finding out the frys are soggy and nasty as hell. The boss lady comes to the window and her immediate confrontaion is…. I know all about you coming here ever single day and having issues and throws a tantrum about us asking for crispy frys…. Like bich is that how you were trained to act???? Is that really burger king customer service now days ig we won’t be coming back for ages again Jesus Christ… If that’s how you talk to pregnant women who ask for a bit extra on their order like just simply crispy frys bc we were given nasty soggy ones and we ddnt even whine about it idk about management at this specific establishment. And to make matters worse the management is the ones over looking this comment most likely bc my wife is a GM herself so nothing will be done Wich is sad for a highly ranking business such as the king of burgers…. My advice for corporate is to fire whoever assumes there the boss lady at this establishment in paintsville. I get that some people have stressful days but my god ig everybody’s a criminal when you come to the window.

Went to the drive thru, ordered 2 honey mustard wraps among other things. My whoppers were fine, but seriously you couldn’t be bothered to actually make the wrap the way its supposed to be made? And there was nobody else in the drive thru, so it wasn’t like you were busy! A tiny piece of a chicken breast that, no tomato. The wrap was basically empty. Just disgusting

This was my first time in the building since they rebuilt. They have 3-4 kiosks and one register. The food was not good. The service was slow. Some of the people didn’t know what their job was. If this had been my first experience with Burger King, I’d never go back. I’ll try again, but not confident.

I made the mistake of stopping by Burger King in Paintsville last week and it was an unpleasant experience. To start I ordered two whopper meal combos with a coupon to get them for 8.99, so I place my order and wait in line at the drive-thru. I’m next so I tell the lady at the drive-thru that I have a coupon, so I have to wait a minute and she comes back and tells me I should have told her the coupon code over the radio. I had this issue before and they still would take the coupon off at the window but on this occasion they didn’t so she charged me over 17 dollars for 2 whopper meals. Took my food home and it was the most disgusting meal I had from Burger King. The whopper had mayonnaise globed all over the burger. And the fries were soggy. People save your time and money and avoid this Burger King because I will never be back. And I thought McDonalds was bad.
