Well BK you finally did it. I’ve always preferred you over your competitor, Mc but today was the final straw. Wanna know why so many of your stores are closing, especially in the nky area? Because the order is never correct in any way. I ordered 2 whoppers, no onion, no tomato, chicken fries with zesty sauce, and 2 cheeseburgers. Simple order. Both whops had onion and tomato and the sandwiches were cold. I don’t mean lukewarm…..cold, like it was pulled from a fridge. Buns were stiff too. The chicken fries were fine but they did not include sauce of any kind. Lastly, the cheeseburgers were not in the bag at all. I’m so done with this poor service that I don’t even want my money back on the missing/incorrect items. Such a shame too because BK was an American staple, and it’s likely going to follow in the footsteps of Frischs/big boy, out of business. Care and service matters!

This was a n ky location , somewhere near Florence (y’all!). Manager was very friendly, offered a free water cup then said “have whatever drink youd like” (I was only customer) and was very personable and chatty. After I recalled BK incl mayo I requested if not already made no leave it off…they remade both. Overall it was a typical location but staff gets 5 stars. The ongoing 2/$5 deal is great! Decent amount of toppings and a great lil fast good affordable option (esp after a clinical trial 24 hr fast trying to drive back home!)

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I came into this location for lunch, to witch I was not handed back my debit card, I forgot it myself so I was not to worried about it, I then go to check my finances and see I was charged two different times, once for me and another for $25 dollars. I called and spoke to an employee who was on the night shift he was helpful and got me a refund issued and put my card away. I come back to this place to get my card and order some lunch because I was on limited time and needed to knock out both tasks. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes for a cheese burger that was pieced together “literally” with sauce all over the wrapper and no napkins in the bad to wipe your hands. I thought that came in every fast food bag? None the less won’t return to this location. Also not on the employees but the building drops big heaps of snow from the roof onto the drive through customers

Food was terrible…was told to pull around that the chicken was dropped fresh and the burgers were coming off the grill…chicken for the sandwiches and the nuggets were old, like they were sitting from the lunch rush. I’ve worked in the food industry for 20+ years, and I know what fresh versus proteins that have been sitting around for hours. The modified burgers and chicken sandwiches were also made wrong. I had ordered Large fries and onion rings and they didn’t even fill the containers they came in. The fries were a small at best and the onion rings were maybe a medium. Worst food I’ve ever received from a Burger King!!

This location seriously needs an update ASAP, but honestly… the real renovation should be in their listening skills. I don’t know what kind of backwards-universe we’re living in, but every time I ask for something “light,” they hear “give me ALL OF IT.”
Light mayo? BOOM — extra mayo.
Extra onion? SURPRISE — zero onions.
Light ketchup? WHY NOT THE WHOLE BOTTLE.
At this point I’m convinced they’re just playing condiment roulette back there.
And don’t even get me started on the iced coffee saga. There are THREE locations in this tiny corner of northern Kentucky. This one actually makes iced coffee correctly (bless them), but the one on Houston Road? I’m not sure if they’re brewing coffee or straining it through gravel.
I did a pick up a week or so ago and I was told that it’s because they “don’t make a lot of it so we stretch it with a little extra ice…. So I have to give you a little extra.” I thought the magic words were golden? I say “please” and “may I”
Please. I beg of you. Nobody wants 4 sips iced coffee that tastes like watery cold disappointment. JUST. MAKE. MORE. PLEASE.
Honestly, I’m tempted to start reverse-psychology ordering. Maybe if I ask for extra ice, they’ll finally hit me with the light ice I actually wanted.

Absolutely terrible place to ever eat at.
Their food is never cooked properly and management sucks. The dining room is always filthy nasty. I would never use the bathroom in this nasty place.
Their food always gets people sick because it’s not cooked all the way. I’ve gotten sick from this location multiple times. Place needs to be shut down until they can get better management and better food quality.

Came in today. 10/4 at 5pm. I looked at the screen while looking. The manager and all the crew were cussing talking trash to everyone. No one even took my order after 5 minutes.. they were to busy messing with each other. A few people looked at me and walked away.. I walked out and went next door for food. Thought I’d try it but I see why the store is always dead. Close the store or get new managers. The manager was the person talking trash to everyone. Hire better people..

I’m glad they are using gloves to make our sandwiches! My gripes are that I don’t want to see an employee vaping around sandwich station before/during/after making my sandwich. Also, vapes are in dirty pockets, held while using the restroom, etc and I don’t want that hand touching my bread. I also experienced an employee eating while bagging up food, just not a good look, to me.

I waited over 7 + minutes to give my order. No one took my order at the drive through in Florence, Ky on route 42, so I let & came to the Burlington, Ky route 18 location. I was above pleased with the speedy service, and quality of the food. I had an excellent experience with this location. Thank you employees of Burger King in Burlington
