My husband and I came here tonight and waited 30 mins in the drive thru. The lady (Jenna) taking her order was really sweet and double checked what we ordered to make sure she had it rung up right (I think they might’ve had computer issues or she was new) and she did have it right, when we got to the next window a guy tried to hand us the wrong order then asked “What was your order number or do you even know?” when I told him the order they handed us was wrong. The lady who handed us our actual order was sweet though. The fries were kind of cold by the time we got our food as well, so overall it could’ve been better but i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because I work fast food too so I get it. Sometimes shit happens

Staff is very nice, drive thru is quick, and it’s clean inside.
I sometimes get their veggie burgers (Impossible brand), however the staff is so unfamiliar with the term “veggie burger” that they think it means lettuce & tomatoes on a bun.. I let them know “Impossible burger” is just a brand name. When someone orders a “veggie burger”, it means they want a vegetarian aka “veggie” PATTY.. The girl was super nice and said that’s what Burger King corporate tells them that the term “veggie burger” means vegetables on a bun, so Burger King CORPORATE needs learn terminology that’s been around for 50 years now. A veggie “burger” means there’s a non-meat patty. If it just has vegetables on a bun, that would be a veggie sandwich, and it would make ordering a lot quicker and easier for customers & ordering. Either way, I’m glad they sell Impossible brand veggie burgers, so it’s a thumbs up 5 stars from me. My note here is hoping BK corporate sees this.

Well it is what it is .$30 to feed two adults. They forgot the one of the fries and 8 nuggets. We had to add them. Tried to order the SpongeBob meal ” We’re out of pie” ok. My wife got a sprite only to find out they were out of sprite. No sign telling you at the self service drink machine. Again it is what is. Average ☆☆☆

The server Michelle was very helpful in helping me with my order.
The food was smoking hot and made to order correctly.
The prices are affordable.
And let’s not forget about the restrooms, because they were clean and well stocked.

Every time we have gotten food from here, whether it be in person or via Door Dash, the order is wrong. It doesn’t matter how to instruct them to make a sandwich, they will make it however they feel like. Items are frequently missing too.

I went through the drive through this afternoon got my order, no problem. A fee hours later, I get a notice from my bank for s $1500 charge with Best Buy. The card in question has not been used for anything except bills for quite some time and the next charge after stopping there is fraud.
Tried to call and talk to the manager, but nobody answers.
All I can say is beware of this Burger King.
If I can ever reach the manager, i tell tell them they gave a thief working there and the afternoons in tge drive through about 4pm.

This place is terrible. My son had been sick and got to feeling better and wanting something to eat. He wanted 2 plain cheeseburgers. The outside wrapper had all the ingredients marked through to indicate plain. When on got them home they had ketchup and mustard on top of the bun. I worked in food in my teen years and I am always courteous to the workers. To make matters worse I told the cashier thank you multiple times at the window,after giving payment, then again after getting my card back. The cashier just stared blankly with no response. No nod, or anything. I suggest avoiding this restaurant at all cost. I think they have some very methed up workers.
