We had been driving all day and we wanted to stop for a quick snack. We ended up getting full meals. The guy at the counter who took our order, was kinda cool, very efficient and pleasant. Made me smile, which I kinda needed at that point. He even answered a few quick questions about the local area. Very helpful.

First time going to this Burger King. The wait time was fine, and the food tasted fine, considering. I ordered 2 wraps, they were good. And the new 4 mini cinnamon roll bites? There were vehicles behind me so i didn’t check the bag, and there in lies my mistake. I waited till I got back on the road. I’m a delivery driver and I was league’s away before I noticed. No icing dip for the cinni bites. Is it even a cinnamon roll, without icing???¿¿ i think not. Super Curly Hair White Guy, there was only one truck behind me and yall were not busy. It even reminds you on the box to add one icing dip cup. Come on man.

So… Not even sure where to begin with this dining experience. Cold food, lousy attitudes from staff and this place just opened. They don’t care in the afternoons obviously. My fries were stuck together and cold, my burger had congealed grease on it and the cheese wasn’t melted. My nuggets were cold. If it seemed like I could have gotten better results I would have voiced a concern about the issues. The afternoon staff doesn’t seem to care about anything other than being rushed and harassing each other over being slow. Overall wouldn’t recommend at the moment and will stick to the store in Lexington for now.
That being said the morning crew here is spot on with hot fresh food that is made properly and to order. So make a mental note to visit the morning crew for now.

I have been to two different burger Kings here lately so if this is for Frankfort then yes we have had several bad experiences here from food being wrong to waiting way to long for the order to a manger that took part of my order trying to argue her way out cheating me out of part of my order and blamed me because she got it wrong so that seems to be more common these days but I will tell you Lawrenceburg Kentucky’s location is great I have never had any issue there. My kids And I really love the chicken fingers there so when we order we order a lot and I expect them all to be there as well because a lot of times anymore they are not on sale or have a deal so yes just throwing a few in the box when you order all eight pieces is not ok with me and no I’m not trying to complain I’m just stating facts and how it should be because eating out is not cheap anymore and I expert it all to be there and I know mistakes happen but when I come to you to let you know and then ytask for my receipt like I’m trying to get something free or something and then have an aditude about it all is ridiculous and this is happening everywhere anymore and I remember when I worked in fast food customer was always right and you do not mistreat the customers. These days they are aloud to treat you however and get by with it and this is what we are supporting and putting up with yeah I don’t think so.
My final take away from this location is to quit going to be honest I’ll go out of county if need too. This is just my opinion everyone has their own.

I waited for 40 minutes at the drive thru speaker before being acknowledged. I watched several customers give up and leave prior to that. I would’ve done the same, but I was dumb enough to place an online order.
I don’t know what they’re doing inside the restaurant, but it isn’t their jobs. I have several peoppe behind me also waiting.

Girl in the drive thru window taking my order had an attitude with me for her not giving me the bundle deal I ordered, instead charged me full price for every item. Then I get to the window to get my food and they don’t even have my food made, they tried to give me someone else’s order. Horrible attitudes, horrible customer service, horrible food. Definitely don’t recommend as I sat in the line for 30 mins waiting on 3 whoppers and an order of fries!

I was the only customer in the drive through and no customers inside an hour before they closed tonight and they got my order WRONG . By the time I got home and realized it they were closed and I was stuck with food I can’t even eat. They rang my order up correct because I SAW it say double whopper with cheese PLAIN on the ordering screen in the drive through and they repeated it back to me as plain. But when I got home and opened it it had all the toppings a whopper normally comes with on it. I don’t get to eat out very often because most places are closed by the time I get out of work for the night so this kind of thing is a.MAJOR thing to me. Nothing sets me off more then people messing with or getting my food order wrong. It turns what is supposed to be a nice treat into a total aggravation of a situation. I will NEVER bother with this location again, if I want a burger after work late at night I’ll drive farther up the road and go to White Castle or make a to go order at waffle house. For the company who had the slogan “have it your way” they can’t even get a plain burger correct.

The food is fine, it isnt the problem. But when I only get half an hour for my lunch and suddenly I’m stuck waiting in line with only two cars ahead of me for over 20 minutes of my break, then its an issue. I get being understaffed but that’s just a little silly.

Very pathetic I love burgerking but I guess I’m going to quit going there doesnt seem like it matters which one i go to but frankfort being the latest which was tonight none of them seem to be able to get an order right whopper with no onions no lettuce seems pretty easy to me but never fails it will have onions on it could very easily be my favorite fast food restaurant but they just don’t try so with that being said a may not matter to them but they have screwed my order up for the last time I won’t be back
