I had 2 orders. They didn’t make one of them. The other one was wrong. Ans I waited forever and had to remind them I had an Oder. It was sitting there 10 minutes! Horrible and it was not wven busy!

The manager is super sweet and attentive. Food was good and accurate. Seems like they are still getting there bearings with the new staff and training so you can’t really be upset when your order is wrong, ITS A NEW STORE. I’m sure if you bring your issues up to the manager they would gladly fix it for you. 10/10 employees imo so far. Keep up the hard work

Took 20 minutes for order to be served. Loosing the “personal touch” as orders are kiosk only, unless you use drive through. Drive through is faster than inside.

hey kayla! have you tried using your brain? these workers have been dealing with wrap arounds for months bc ppl forgot we already had a burger king in town. anyway, good food, wait time was fine too

Glad they opened a BK that was closer than the one off exit 87. It was pretty busy tonight, but the staff was excellent and accommodating. The food was great as well. Thanks.

Drive thru just give me an order (2 Rodeo Burgers and 2 8px Poppers) and it was completely inedible. Whomever made those rodeo Burgers needs terminated..they were so hard and hollow and I could swear they were off the floor. Disgusting and you should be ashamed to work there
