I’ve never had a bad experience and I thank the staff every time because they truly are really nice and helpful! Today was a bit different, my brother and I got the Double croissant sandwich and it was amazing as always as well as the hashbrow fries the “ croissant chicken sandwich” was not as well it was burnt, the chicken was not very good, and it wasn’t even a croissant? I’m really disappointed considering how amazing they have been the last 3 years I’ve lived here but genuinely disappointed this morning.

Ordered 3 burgers in the drive thru and was the only customer there and they insisted on pulling me from the window so they could cheat the drive thru timer this should never be allowed its sad that fast food places arent fast anymore because they just pull you from the window

Not the same Burger King I use to like. Whopper barely had any taste. Can find better burgers many places. Small fry is very small.

When the young man is too extra nice to give you your food, I think that somebody is playing with my food. The young man smiled so hard that it almost broke off. I examined the food and drinks and after I ate it, I had a quick case of the diarrhea. I’m retired Army and we had a soldier sent to Ft Leavenworth for putting eye drops in our squad leaders water bottle! It feels like you have a stomach virus. I drank half a bottle of Pepto and I feel better. I’ll never go and get food after 7 again. 2nd time my food was tampered with. And the chicken fries we’re tuff and old tasting. And the young man’s beard was smiling at me too. I ordered a 2 for$10 meals chicken sandwich and a whopper sandwich with cheese and a order of chicken fries. If I would have lived in Lawrenceburg Kentucky, I would have brought it all back. Here are some pictures.

The manager is an absolutely horrible person to her employees. The way she was talking to them is uncalled for. As for the food, it’s basic Burger King. The beverage area was nasty and tables were not being cleaned in a timely manner.

I can’t speak for the atmosphere or cleanliness as I use the drive thru. But I’ve stopped here several times within the past thirty days or so…and their food has been delicious! Always hot. And I swear, the double whopper I received on Thursday 1/9/25 was the largest burger I’ve ever had! If I’m in Lburg and want a burger, I know where I’ll be stopping! Service is always friendly as well.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. The older women who were on shift are so nice. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Food was fine.
