I went to Burger King for a late lunch and used the drive-thru. Service was quick and polite, no complaints there. However, once I got home and started eating my chicken wrap, I was shocked to bite down on a bone in the chicken.
I appreciate that they’re using real chicken, but this was a safety issue—I’m just grateful I didn’t break a tooth. Definitely not what I expected, and it made me a bit wary about ordering that item again. Hoping this was a rare slip, but it’s something that should be addressed. Won’t be going back.

Pulled into the drive thru and there were no other cars, eventually someone said be right with you. A couple minutes later a car pulls into the lane next me and they immediately took their order. When I pulled up to the window the manager was useless, stated the camera don’t work so they don’t know who pulled up first. She didn’t like it when I told it didn’t matter and what happened. This is the worst Burger King. Extremely slow and doesn’t understand how customer service works. I should have drove across town to the other BK it would have been faster.

Absolutely horrible!!!! I ordered my food, they got it wrong. I told them when I pulled to the window that my receipt was not what I ordered. They said they would put the correct order in my bag and that the price would be the same. That was not true. Then they gave me part of my food and told me to pull around and park, they would bring g out my nuggets when they were ready. I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered. I finally went inside to ask for the rest of my order. I walked up to the counter and all the employees ignored me. I started speaking , saying g can I please get my nuggets, ma’am can you please help me, still everyone ignored me. They proceeded to make other people’s orders, until I got upset and said why are you all ignoring me? Then one worker acknowledged me and asked what I was waiting on. The manager repeatedly ignored me when I tried to ask her for my food. By the time I got the rest of my food, all my other food was cold and nasty. Not to mention, when I got home I realized they didn’t even put my fries in the bag. This place is absolutely terrible, the workers are very inconsiderate. I placed my order at 4:36 pm on December 1st. I didn’t leave there with my order(missing the fries still) until 4:58. My order number was 57. It is really a disgrace to treat customers this way. It is no wonder that the fast food industry is struggling.

I had been waiting 10 minutes in their second drive thru and no one reached out through the speaker. Then they came behind me and blocked off the lane I was in and never told me to switch lanes or anything, so I continued to sit there thinking someone would eventually get to me. I did hear they the only had one person taking orders but they weren’t even doing that for 10 minutes while both lanes were stationary. So instead of addressing this and hearing a underwhelming apology I decided to circle the drive thru and just spend my time writing this review while I wait on my food. Crazy how all that money was invested into making this a nice BK establishment and yet the service is always so dang sketchy lol.

Today, April 17th at 12:30 p.m., terrible experience. I ordered a large copper combo. The large fried came with onion rings as well, and the bun was burnt. The wait for the order was about 15 minutes. When I was given the order I had to remind the person it comes with a drink. This is the third bad experience at this Burger King. They have lost my business.

ZERO STARS. Only 2 cars in the drive thru & waited 20 minutes just to be asked to park out front because our chicken fries weren’t ready yet. Absolutely insane. We literally only ordered 3 things. This place is a wreck.

My reason for giving this Burger King 1 Star is because I found a hair in my Burger! I was half way finished eating when I spotted a long black hair coming out of the meat! Yuck! The staff was great, no complaints on them but, I’ll never eat here again! Yuck!!

Run by Sloths.. I waited in the drive thru for 15min and no one took my order or even said wait a min we will be with you. So I thought the drive thru was down and came in to order. Nope the drive thru was just that slow. I ordered and waited another 35min. Got home and everything was cold. So cold I had to microwave my burger. I called and talked to the manager and they did give me a replacement order which I am grateful for.. I just will go to the BK across town next time.

I was in the Lexington rd location a few days ago and saw the sandwich maker nodding out. She was obviously on something. Management had to have seen her and let her prepare food like that. Very disturbing.

The cashier was very nice , but very slow service .
