I’ve been going here at the drive through about once a week for the past year, they have always done great until I decided to use a coupon as other stores you don’t have to have to have the coupon present, they just need a “code”. Well they said they couldn’t use it, I said that was fine. She told me it was $10.04 while she cashed it out. I thought it was a lot since with the coupon, it was only 7 and sum change, I got the receipt and the whole order was individually priced and not priced as a combo. I asked the manager at the next windows and she said it would be 8.56 as a combo “but” I’m not going to exchange that. I’m not tripping about a dollar but that attitude ain’t going to go for me, I won’t be back. Train your employee to ring up combos especially if that customer came in with a coupon.

Ordered a Bacon croissiant with bacon only, it had one tiny slice of bacon on it. I also ordered Cini- minis but they were hard as rocks. I took them back to the counter and the manager informed me that those were day old and she would get me some fresh ones baked this morning! Like why were you giving me day old ones to begin with. This is one of the worst Burger Kings ever.

The food was about average for fast food but the workers were having a real bad day there due to the fact the manager was yelling and just about loosing her crap. Even fired someone very loudly where everyone could here her. Not good at all.

Good food for a great price! The only problem here is the drive thru is a little slow but I’d rather have that than my food made wrong or be cold. I didn’t realize how cheap Burger King is in comparison to other fast food. You can get some really awesome deals on their mobile app! 4 stars and I’ll be back more often!

I just ordered five sandwiches through the app and went through the drive-thru, I was subsequently parked but asked the attendant if I could have a handful of ketchup with my order please. Few minutes later they brought me the bag of food with no ketchup in it. I asked for young man very politely if I could get some ketchup that I asked for. He brought me out 3 individual ketchups the small kind not those triple kind they have at other places. When I made a comment about it he says that they’re going to start charging extra for ketchup. What are you doing Burger King and what kind of management charges extra for ketchup. And what kind of management only give somebody three ketchups for five sandwiches????? This is disgraceful…. The female manager that was there December 29th 2025 in the evening is the rudest and nastyest person I’ve ever met in customer service…. I asked for extra ketchup and you give me three total and then give me an attitude when I ask for more… What kind of nasty crappy business are you guys running…. The owner will find out The district manager will find out and corporate will find out what kind of people are representing their company..

I just wanted to write this review as I believe Imania was super helpful and nice. I was having trouble with the app, and she stepped in and honored the coupon from the app.
I totally forgot your name, though I think it was imania. But I had ordered the BOGO Impossible whopper and two fires, so if you see this, I hope you know it was you.
Completely separate from the store itself, online customer service sucks. I was having trouble with the app saying I had a duplicate account, but also telling me my account did not exist.
Also the impossible burgers do not taste like a regular burger, not bad but definitely prefer a regular one.

Bun was completely burnt we tried to call to get this addressed but the phone just rang and sent us to a full voicemail. This was after waiting at least 5 minutes for our order to be taken.

Sunday afternoon 330 I just came out of tractor supply next-door and when I pulled in there, there was no business at Burger King and when I came out 20 minutes later, there was still no business at Burger. So I thought well now it’s the time grab a burger thanks man.OMG. No one is behind me in the drive-through at all. I go to the first window. Pay for my food and pull ahead. Again no one behind me I’m told I have to pull forward to the very end. I told him no that doesn’t make sense for you or me. Then a young black male 5 foot 10 120 pounds. Comes to the window and insist that I pull ahead. I explained to him no I can hear the manager in the background. Tell him somebody’s at the drive-through speaker. I said I’ll happily pull up when they pull around. Nobody pull around for a good five minutes. So I stayed. Carefully watching behind me when a car does come out. I pull forward. The young little black boy moments later brings me my food. And starts calling me what I think he thought was racist names, white trash redneck, etc.. I travel the entire country. And I have never had such horrible people trying to tell me what to do. And this was disgusting on the little black males part for sure I am not a racist. If anything I will defend anybody against a racist at my own cost. It’s a disgusting quality of a person. I was raised this way and I’ve raised my children this way. This is the worst Burger King in the country!!!!

We go here every Wednesday the service is slow for lack of help. This store has always had trouble keeping good help. Other than that we always get fresh food and slow but good service.
