Came through here a few weeks ago, was gonna grab a quick bite before work. Was told they weren’t taking Drive-thru orders at that time, only app or food service oders (Uber eats, Doordash, etc). What the hell? Drive-thru is the ONLY reason trashy fast food like this even exists.

The people are nice here, but they don’t have a lot of things in stock. They were out of everything I wanted to order. They are close to my work so I tried going back the next day and it took me 8 minutes to get my order. I do not recommend this place if your in a hurry or actually want something on the menu. They likely won’t have it.

Had to wait a few minutes on my order, but food was warm and tasted good.
Wish the French Toast sticks were more warm. Also noticed the price was a little higher, I noticed because I always get the same thing. But that’s just how it is nowadays, everything has increased in price. Right across the street from work, so I like that I don’t have to travel far to get there..plus it’s right beside Walmart and Speedway is just across the street. It’s a very convenient location.
P.S.:My biggest complaint with this place is sometimes the food isn’t hot or the French Toast sticks are incredibly hard. I visited a week or so ago and the cheese wasn’t even melted on my sandwich
Update: it’s Friday 2-25-22 went to get breakfast on first break, this time I tried bacon instead of sausage and asked for an extra piece of bacon. So looks like they just shoved some bacon into a croissandwich that waa already sitting under the heat lamp.. the only problem is it was sausage! So they forgot to pull the sausage off the sandwich. Really!? I couldn’t get a fresh sandwich? So I got a bacon AND sausage, egg and cheese croissandwich…lol..I git both meats! And these daggone French Toast sticks. I love them but they are always cold and hard. But today took the cake. In the movie Harlem Nights when Eddie Murphy told Della she was “crusty and gnarled up:..I think he was actually describing these French Toast sticks! Totally unacceptable how hard they were, I couldn’t break them with my teeth. I keep hoping one day they get the order right and stay consistent..come on guys..please do better..that’s just lazy. If you want customers to come back you just gotta do better.

My experience was OK. They end up messing up on my order and I had to come inside to get it handled, but when I came inside, Chris, “which was at the second window was very rude with his approach.” He said what instead of saying, how may I help you? I felt that was rude, how he said it, and his hand gesture as well came off as if he had an attitude. Instead of being apologetic, Chris walked away and mumbled under his breath. I feel as if, you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work at it. I also feel that the Supervisor or Manager Should have handled that situation way better far as my order. Like for example, “see if I will like additional food for my time or maybe even giving me free food for next time. The Manager or Supervisor should had checked his employee or even corrected him. Other than that, Stacey was very friendly and needs to get promoted for sure…

When I ask for no lettuce, it’s not because I don’t like lettuce, IT’S BECAUSE I’M ALLERGIC TO IT! Does this look like no lettuce? And the extra pickles? I got TWO SLICES! How hard is it for a place that’s slogan is HAVE IT YOUR WAY to give it to me MY WAY???

Very disappointed with this location. I couldn’t even bring myself to try thr food. The building had a classic look to it, but I couldn’t bring myself to order any food from a place with a closed dining area. Since the employees were eating in there, I don’t know what the issue was. They are changing the game with their customer service! Daynel, the beautiful Black Queen who’s name I cannot spell, and Mr. Stacy made our day! Their bubbly spirits, positive energy and beautiful personalities will have people returning for more! God bless y’all! UPDATE I met the manager, Amber, she is sweet and nice too! She let me know that Daynel and Mr. Stacy are blessings to her as well! Burger King needs to reward this branch! They are a model of excellence!

Not Sure
Food is no better than any other burger king. Service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. It’s one of only a few drive through choices I can reach during my break/lunch so I’ve tried more than a few times. I’ve left without food three times now because I couldn’t make it through the DRIVE-THRU line in less than 20 minutes.

Still haven’t learned my lesson. Two chicken juniors – 10 minute wait. F.

Probably one of the worst restaurant in Louisville in regards to customer experience . Extremely slow service (20 minutes in drive through consistently), no sense of urgency and respect that customers have a schedule to keep. Employees doing other things while line is around building. No apologies or responsibility.
