The entire dining room was sticky and trash on every table and on the floor. My food was cold and it was well after the normal lunch rush. There seemed to be plenty of staff and if I was the manager I would be completely embarrassed. Sad because so close to our jobsite and usually burger kings are better than normal fast food. Being in ST. Mathew’s I would have thought it would be better maintained.

The food was delivered by Uber. The food was pretty good except they are using oil that needs to be changed, anything that was fried had a bitter after taste. That equals old oil. And when getting a delivered order, it would be best to not put chocolate shakes in the same bag as the hot food

Upon arrival I ordered my food within seconds, and got my drink until I seen what is under the drink station, there was trash that I could see and I can see that it hasn’t been swept in a while. Other than that the food was great and no other problems I seen. Atleast the bathroom was clean.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Burger King was beyond frustrating and deserves to be called out. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was far from correct. My companion didn’t even receive her order and had to go back and ask for it. Meanwhile, my order was missing an item, and my wife’s burger was completely wrong—forcing her to stand in line again to have it remade.
What makes it worse is the sheer lack of professionalism. Not a single apology was offered, only blank, indifferent stares. The staff were unfriendly, unmoving, and clearly uninterested in serving their customers. People were leaving the line in frustration because the service was painfully slow.
For a place that should be fast food, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you value your time, patience, and basic human courtesy, avoid this location at all costs. Burger King needs a serious wake-up call.

Great location! Food was hot and fresh, staff were welcoming and upbeat.
Can’t really ask for more than that can you? The tables were clean and tidy, condiments/napkins area was clean too!

Everytime I go here, the wait is 20mins, sometimes 30!!! There are always only 1-4 cars. Tonight, they kept telling me to hold on a second to order. After 10mins!!!, they asked if I was ordering or picking up. I said ordering, they said hold on a second. So I got my phone out and looked up dominoes and started placing an online order. Once I completed the order, I left the drive-thru and went to dominoes.

Just went through drive thru at 1230pm on 9/5/25 3 people in line. It was genuinely 10 minutes once I paid at window for the person 2 cars ahead at the food window to get their food! Then it took another 10 minutes for the next person to get their food. I then waited almost 10 minute to get my food. This was the slowest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and they were not busy at all.

Everything was right. The whopper was kinda cold and I ordered 8 pieces jalapeno cheddar bites. Every time I order them they are either cooked too long with no cheese or anything inside or double cooked. I used to be a burger King manager and things like that we cooked to order. Plus if they were double cooked they would be hot.
