I really just want to talk about the SUPREME CUSTOMER Service the lovely young lady with the dreads (sorry I didn’t get her name) gave this morning. It was refreshing and I told her as well, keep up the awesome work and that she should consider training in Customer Service. Customer Service isn’t top tier around here… Her managers need to promote her or let her move around in the training arena. Kind. Courteous. Smiling. Respectful. Competent. This is our favorite Burger King. The food is fresh and we get excellent customer service every time we go. The GM made us feel so welcomed and she’s so friendly. The atmosphere was perfect and it was so clean. Our feet didn’t stick to the floor like the other location

Went through the drive thru. Ordered kids meal 4 piece nugget. Wrap meal with large onion rings and large sprite no ice. 3 plain hamburgers with a large onion ring.
Order was correct. The onion rings not a good taste. The hamburgers were dry and very small and flat. Food is definitely not good.

The food was so horrible and raw. Ordered a chocolate milk shake and they gave me a vanilla with a tinge of super light brown. Asked for more bc its not chocolate and they wanted to charge me. They dont fix ur food right and they want to argue with the customer. Don’t go to this burger king

This Burger was nice and clean. My whopper J.R. tasted really fresh and my chicken tenders and fries were fresh off the deep fryer. Service was fast but cashier was not too friendly or happy. We said hello and she said hello back but she was just not happy. I guess it’s not her day…

We dine in here. It’s the best run BK in the area. Employees are kind and patient. Plenty of parking, handicapped parking. May need help getting a wheelchair in the doors. Handicapped seating and restrooms.
