I live out of town and only visit Hardinsburg maybe once a month. We treat ourselves to fast food since we have nothing around us. The staff at this location is the best staff I’ve ever encountered in all of fast food. The younger staff is very attentive and respectful. Clearly reflects the leadership who have also helped us in the past. Food is always good and the order is always correct. We all start somewhere and the younger staff we encounter each time are well ahead of their years in people skills. Definitely rare these days to receive this type of service. GREAT WORK!! We’ll see you next month.

Listen, I dont know why they have four stars, it should be 10+ in my opinion. They are all like family in here. If you ever have a problem, let them know. They will gladly make it right. They are AMAZING here and when they get to know you, you will become family in this small community. We went last evening and the food was hot and fresh. Always is. Farley waited on us last evening, always a kind soul. Thank you and the whole team for being awesome! We love our King family. Thank you for all you do.

the service was extremely quick! customer service was amazing. not sure what the workers name was but the woman with rainbow finger nails, she did great care in making sure the order was correct. i’m always worried when i order sauces that i won’t get them but she actually made sure they were there and overall was incredibly warm and kind. in fact, all of the workers i came in contact with during the drive thru were very kind and very on top of things! this was my first time coming to this burger king and honestly i’ll be back for sure.

My wife,daughter,2 grandsons and I stopped in after baseball game. They were great !!!!
I seen they closed at 10pm but didn’t fill rushed/ food was hot & excellent/ service was excellent. Can’t say enough about how we was treated at so close to their closing time. Didn’t get their names but they were EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been here a few times now and no issues. Always have to get the grandson a special burger and they haven’t messed it up. Always friendly and quick service

We were greeted by a real cowboy. Very spacious amd chairs tall enough to accomodate my friend shaquille. I have no arms so i am very messy when i eat so the napkin dispenser was a big negative as it only dispensed one at a time. It gave off a bit of an old timey feel with its vintage fountain drink dispenser and unattractive waitresses.

Only been once and it was today. Ordered a couple orders of French toast sticks and they were so undercooked they got thrown out. I called to inform a manager and there was no offer of a refund just a “i’ll let my boss know and see about moving the cooking time up.”.

Chicken patty was hours and hours old, all 3 sandwiches. I don’t know who would even serve food like that to their fellow human. Supposed to be a spicy crispy Chicken, it’s normally a delicious sandwich, but where it sat so long, it looks like a country fried steak.

Had a few problems here and there but nothing too bad or something that didn’t get fixed by the very accommodating management staff. The food is always hot and very good. The milkshakes were my favorite but they stopped doing Oreo because it messed up the machine this was my favorite place in town or anywhere to get an Oreo shake. They’re very good at getting you through the drive thru line quickly. Love this Burger King. Awesome pie and good breakfast.
