Rude employees. Or bad manager.
On top of that, the young man working the window had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Rude, dismissive, and acting like basic interaction was too much to ask. You’re working at Burger King on a military base, the least you could do is show some respect and professionalism to the people you’re serving.
Between the terrible service and the sloppy food, I won’t be returning. Absolutely unacceptable.
UPDATE: Something changed for the good. The lobby and drink station are clean but TV is removed. Breakfast is normally good.
