Went here for the first time, the wait in the line was excessive. Around 15 minutes after placing order. Food was good but we’re missing our marinara sauces after we got home for our mozzarella sticks. Other than that food was great. 4 out of 5 stars.

In the morning when I drove through there was little waiting this is why I always eat at this

My orders were always correct and hot and fresh .
Their rodeo burger is my choice They have thick natural French fries that actually taste like potatoes .

Very nice restaurant, food was great it needs a little work on the ketchup dispenser you can’t see where the ketchup’s is coming out, and it gets on the counter or your hands.The reviews are working, they repaired the ketchup dispenser.Good management ,keep looking at the reviews.now start servings flame cooked burgers that are not heated in the microwave your advertising and your posters state that they are flame-broiled it doesn’t say anything about being heated in a microwave.The little red Honda with the pitbull from McDonald’s has taken up a front row parking spot at Burger King. Don’t go there at 6PM on a Thursday and order an OG Chicken sandwich or you might die. I almost did. I could tell it had been redipped in oil to get it hot, but I was so hungry and in a hurry I ate it anyway. I suffered two days of misery.

Waited over 5 min to be waited on while all the employees were in the back being loud and carrying on. 1 guy came up front for a drink and looked at me but didn’t offer to wait on me or tell someone. Asked for a receipt and was told both are broken. All the tables was dirty and the coke machine had ants on it. Ordered 3 brisket Jr’s 1 with no mayo mine wasn’t marked. And the brisket was hard as a rock. This place has really went downhill.

I went in to get the new burger they showed in their TV ads but instead got this very sad sandwich.

We ordered 2 triple whoppers, just beef and cheese. They had no cheese on them. We ordered a regular whopper with no pickle, got pickle and no cheese. I also ordered onion rings which I didn’t get. We ordered drinks with the meals and 1 lid was not popped on correctly and it spilled all over us in the car from the drink carrier. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately poor customer service. Could do better. It’s understandable if they were short handed on the poor quality of customer service. This was not the case. Good food but bad service. Needs improvement on customer service .
