The drive thru worker was nice and energetic but when got our food it was all wrong and the drive thru worker repeated back several times it was simple a cheeseburger only ketchup and onions a whopper only pickles and mayo small fry small soda. Well my granddaughter threw up soon as she bit into her cheeseburger because it has mustard on it and she hates mustard so here we are in a town we dont know had to turn around and go back well the sprite got was nothing but carbonated water and we I went in told worker she said it’s not water well lady I said carbonated water she couldn’t get it so while the fixed my cheeseburger I went to the drink station in lobby got a sprite which was as bad as the first and by the time all that got fixed gave my granddaughter her burger my burger was cold . I will never go back to this burger king

9pm this evening. Super friendly drive thru workers. Especially the young man taking our order. One of our guests just could not make a decision and he did not change his tone or show any sign of frustration. I couldn’t have done it. One cool dude in my book. As for the food the fries were a bit on the cool side and extremely low salt, but acceptable. Everything else was classic Burger King we all love. Oh and they were out of the spicy chicken which my European guest had not ever tried Burger King, and of course asked for the only item that wasn’t available, so slightly disappointed, but we will return for a redemption meal!

I ordered at ten pm, everything I ordered was cold. My sister and I each ordered a burger and fries and some chicken fries to share and everything in the bag was stone cold like it had been sitting out all day. Women was nice cashing us out. But I give this a one star because why is my food cold when I payed $30?!

Got a bacon king that was not cooked all the way through. Some of the patty was missing. So gross. Hope no one gets sick from eating at this store. I did get a refund for this sandwich, and the other 2 sandwiches we ordered were fine. The manager was professional and understanding.

They refried the chicken and the fries for the drive through. I was the only customer who ordered inside and they bagged my food but let it sit there for about 10 min while the walked around. Quality is not a priority.

Store is clean whichbis always great but really wanted to give a review of the workers. Everyone was sweet and respectful not only to customers but of each other as well. The lady who took our order, Ashley, was kind, personable and just fun. She interacted with the children making ordering a cheeseburger a fun cool experience for them.

there awful i paid for cheese on my burger and they didn’t put any on it then i called back because i found hair in my fries and it looked like pubic hair so i called back to tell them because i was upset and they lady was rude and said “im not refunding you ur money ur not getting ur money back” i continued you to say i wasn’t asking for my money back but i also didn’t ask for hair in my food and charging me for something i didn’t get and i get yelled at for calling to let them know what was wrong horrible costumer service i don’t recommend going there at all!!!! i’m very disappointed and upset

They’re the only drive-through that makes you wait to order wait to pay wait to move forward when there’s nobody else in line. It’s faster to go through a full McDonald’s drive-through down the road than it is for you to be the only car at this Burger King. We love the food. The people are nice, but the waiting is weird. I know they’re doing it to their own internal metrics, but it just frustrates your customers.
