Tried coming here four days ago, Had to leave because we sat in the drive-through for so long, line barley moved. Come back to give it another try today since it didn’t seem busy, Sat in the drive-through at the speaker for 15 minutes with little to no line. The blonde girl w glasses at the window was on her phone while people waited for their order to be taken. People love to say “put an application in, they need help, they’re short staffed“ but honestly, it looks like the help they need is management making sure their employees are actually working. Here’s a photo of her on her phone while me and 2 other cars were waiting to have our order taken (& only one car at the window ahead)

⚠️⚠️Horrible food. I only come here for work. And everytime I come its always a mess up. The cinnamon buns were cooked really hard. And like I said I stop on the way to work so I always have to spend my money. Then throw it away if its nasty. ⚠️⚠️

The food was a little pricey and the atmosphere they could have used someone to clean up behind the counters there was food on the floor french fries and they were very slow at taking your order. I just had a double bacon King and it was almost $11 just for one sandwich. Not really worth it when you can go to Chili’s and get a appetizer burger and unlimited fries and a drink for the same price oh well live and learn that’s all you can say.

Just went to the Bardstown location. They tried to charge me over $2 just for cheese. I asked for a $5 duo meal and it was almost $8. Cheese is $.40. Seems like they are trying to over charge to maybe pocket some money. I will never go to this location ever again!!!!!!

Stopped by today (6-15-24) to try the new $5 Your Way Meal. Despite not having anything on the windows advertising they had it, they actually did have it. It was $5 worth of food if your on a budget and was on. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger with Value Fries, Value Drink and 4 Nuggets.

I come through the drive-through got two whopper meals one with bacon one without and the mayonnaise. It was so bad. The burger would not stay together. I’ve been into a mouthful of mayonnaise and onions. You’re lucky I can’t give you a zero for rating.
