I can only assume the manager working on 12/5 is the general manager. He exhibited exceptional professionalism, warmth, and assistance. It was evident that his team members were highly engaged in their roles. The manager took the initiative to distribute crowns to all the children in the lobby, greatly enhancing their experience, which was already elevated by the SpongeBob meal. Furthermore, he ensured the high chair was sanitized for my infant. His team demonstrated remarkable efficiency, and it was clear that the shift was running seamlessly. Great Job Tonight!

My daughter, grandson and I came in tonight to try the Spongebob menu items and we were very impressed with the manager on duty. He was attentive, engaging, and helpful. He came around the store to pass out crowns to all the kids. He and his staff were incredibly kind.

Most places especially fast food it seems is losing its friendliness and just engaging w/the customer. Well let me say I went to this Burger King on my way home to Florida and OMG not only was the food fresh but the wonderful ray of light on the other end of the mic was so kind. She was helpful and patient. Then when I got to the window she made sure we had all we needed. Just that little extra smile made it a place I definitely wouldn’t mind going back too!! I wish I would have gotten her name but lawd she definitely put a smile on my face

This was absolutely the worst food I’ve ever seen in my life it went straight to the garbage the fish sandwich was freezer burnt or crusty the fries were greasy The Onion and were burnt absolute garbage thanks for nothing I will never set foot in your store again and everyone will know what garbage you serve.

Extremely disappointed with the staff. Went through the drive through two times, after not receiving all of our items. They still failed to give us our sauce until we asked for a third time. Employees sounded like they hate their job and were miserable.

Worker butting in when manager and lady talking. She just put her nose in where it did not belong and was not told to hush.i do not advise you to go to Lucedale burger king. What a way to handle things as a manager.

I ordered carry out, but went into the store to do that. The restaurant was clean, tidy and well stocked. My food was good, hot and fresh.
The associate that served me appeared to be quite young, so I am willing to overlook her apparent (and total) lack of social skills. Hopefully she can improve over time.
I do plan to go back to this restaurant.
