I went there about five minutes ago and I asked for a whopper with cheese no tomatoes no onions , once I received my food and was preparing to eat it had onions and tomatoes on it so I took it back and they remake it so that time they gave me the burger but it had nothing on it but ketchup and mayo , the only thing I didn’t want on it was tomatoes and onions , so I take it back and for the last time they remake it but still didn’t put cheese on it ♀️ . The kitchen staff thought that they mistakes was funny . 0/10 experience do not recommend !! .

Ordered 2 weeks ago and they left off one of my sandwiches and didn’t leave off lettuce and add pickles to 3 of the sandwiches I got. The fries were old and cold. Customer service was awesome. I got a gift card for $15 to replace my bad order. I went back a week ago and ordered. Fries weren’t fresh again. They didn’t leave anything off but they didn’t add the pickles to 3 sandwiches I ordered. Obviously they have a problem getting orders correct. I’ll eat there again but I will check everything before leaving

I can say with confidence that this is by far the worst restaurant in Hattiesburg Mississippi. When I went to Burger King to order lunch, my expectations weren’t all that high to begin with because after all it is Burger King. For starters, I ordered and they got the entire order wrong. They told me to pull to the first window. The first window was not being used at all so I went to the second window. I paid my $13 and something change tab with a $20 bill. They handed me the wrong food. I didn’t realize this until later, but I said I still have not gotten my change. They said pull up we’ll bring it out to you. I pulled up and waited about 10 minutes and finally had to go in and retrieve it. Every customer inside was pretty disgruntled at how long it was taking and for no apparent reason. I’m also relatively confident that everyone working there was extremely under the influence of something. It’s been probably 30 years since I’ve eaten at a Burger King and this was the last time for me in my life. That’s a fact. Save yourself all varieties of trouble and just go literally anywhere else.

Last night my wife and I went to pick up an order and got to the window and was introduced with a guy who could barely keep his eyes open because he was so high. We explain to him the order we need and then he had asked us to pull to the front of the building and he would bring it to us. Of course, 20 minutes later my wife is asking me to pull back around to check on the food. I assumed the food was being cooked and that there is no way they forgot about us, so I continued to wait. 15 minutes later at the 35 minute mark I was convinced that we were forgotten about, so I back up to the window instead of driving around. Nobody was in drive-thru so I was able to do so. We get to the window for the 2nd time and ask for the order again. Lord behold it was just sitting there… COLD.

The employees at burger king on broadway are always the sweetest, most polite people. Speedy with the service and they care about how your food comes out looking. Night and day difference between them and night crew at Taco Bell In Petal! Friendly fast food service during the lunch rush is very hard to come by these days.

They closed & locked the door at 10:00 p.m. on me. When they close at 11. Tried the drive thru said thing but they said they wont turn on the grill or fryer because they close in an hr. They dont even give u everything u ordered. Get yalls stuff right & get rid of the bugs to.
