Ok, so full transaprancy, yes it takes a little bit of time to get your food, but that’s because it’s FRESH! Like, omg this is too hot to eat right away fresh. I would rather wait a little bit for good food than get cold, soggy burgers that have been sitting under a heat lamp any day. The dining room is clean and chill. Definitely recommend! A+ guy’s!

They’re always either shorthanded or slow. Always be sure to check your order for accuracy. Even though they’ll always ask people to pull up to wait for even the smallest order, your order may be incorrect or missing something. They pull people up to stop the drive-thru timer to portray that they are serving customers efficiently. I really don’t understand why regional managers aren’t showing up to see how incompetent their stores are actually performing. A competent manager could turn it around in less than three months.

The drive through took 15 minutes for two cars then I was asked to park out front with four other cars waiting for orders. Lot of confusion at the window concerning which order I was paying for. 20 minutes into the process still waiting for my order. This place is loosing business because they can’t get the food out. Saw cars driving away from drive through because they were not getting service. 30 minutes into still waiting. Two cars parked after me received food first. 30 minutes after order food arrive after asking for it. Goes somewhere else unless you have time to waste.

It was ok as a late night option. I rarely go there- it was my first time at this location. Everything looked nice and clean. The person on the drive thru speaker was pleasant and patient. I had to pull up and wait for a few minutes for my order to be brought out even though I was the only person in line. The food was mediocre.

Don’t!!! If you want BK, go to one of the other BK’s in town. All the burgers were burnt! Paid extra for cheese on 4 burgers. You guessed it, no cheese on any. One had cheese, and they took it off. You can tell in the picture, and there’s some still on the wrapper like they recycled the burger. Just a sad excuse of a whopper. Still had to pull forward and wait even though I placed a mobile order 10 mins before I got there. 2 workers standing around and no one in the drive-thur… Of course, they didn’t give me a receipt so I could do the survey. I heard not to go to this BK and figured I would give them a chance because I’m a BK over McD’s person. I will not be going back to this BK.

Was throughly enjoying our food, loved the service and the music was top notch only had one sore spot with this restaurant that was atmosphere which was not the workers but some of the customers..so that kept me from giving them all five all the way across..But keep doing what you are doing with customers service because believe you me..we see you..I also liked the touch of crowns on all the tables..so cute

Order: Family Steakhouse Combo + Vanilla Iced Coffee

We placed a mobile order through the Burger King app and selected the Family Steakhouse Combo along with a Vanilla Iced Coffee. Upon arrival, we waited for few minutes and our food was brought out to the car—but noticeably missing was the iced coffee. The staff member who handed us the food didn’t mention anything about it being unavailable. Only when we asked did she inform us that they were out of the Vanilla Iced Coffee. ( want us to drive without it and without letting us know?)

What was frustrating is that we had already paid for it, yet there was no attempt to offer a replacement or even acknowledge the missing item until we brought it up ourselves. My husband, trying to be polite, asked if we could just have a Sprite instead. She returned with one—but it was a small size, despite us having ordered and paid for a larger beverage. There was no effort made to match the value or apologize for the inconvenience.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of communication, no initiative to resolve the issue, and the mismatched replacement drink all reflect poor customer service. We expected better from a national chain like Burger King.

I have ordered food from here twice within the last couple of months. Both times I have ordered food from here on the Burger App, I have had the same item withheld. Their response is ask for a refund through the app. I did, the app offered a $3 coupon. What they did not inform me is that there is only a one month period for that coupon. Fine, my mistake for not checking.

Next time, order more wrong. Same item withheld, said that they did not have the item asked for before. Asked for mustard, no mustard on one sandwich, slathered in mayonnaise . Asked for pickles on another sandwich, no pickles.

Online service was kind of helpful, until they only offer a coupon again. So please eat at our poor service, poor food facility again; but you better do that within a month. I have always liked Burger King, but this experience has ruined them for me. I plan on never eating at a Burger King in this area again.
