Lack of professionalism. Manager needs some course on approve public language and professionalism. Like you hired a teenager without business sense. Front counter cashier was out of order told me to go thru drive thru. Was not busy at time, then locked the door while I was eating. Sorry but get it together. Food was normal.

Will never buy food here again. Gave me the wrong food, then when they gave me the right order it didn’t have the kids toys or chocolate milks. Said they were out of toys, and wouldn’t let me substitute it for a cookie like the app says you can. Was already frustrated and then got all the way home to find that they put sauce on my kids burgers when we had said no sauce. Whole reason we came here was because our kids were excited about the teenage mutant ninja turtle toys.

This Burger King is “hit or miss” location. Either you will have a long wait times in the drive-thru, they will instruct you either to pull up, back up or pull around and they will bring it out to you. Do not pull off until you check your order and the bad service seems mostly at night beginning at around 6 or 7. The service seems to be pretty good or ok when I’ve visited it during the day. I would still recommend Burger King because I grew up on it but just remember as with everything quality has declined.

The staff at this Burger King! still has the type of Customer service that I dearly appreciate And! Missing in a whole lot of restaurants, “FAST! And FULL SERVICE! ☺️ in my opinion, the corporate structure of the food industry, should diligently FOCUS ON “CUSTOMER SERVICE” Then going forward they would see Sales increase! I’m extremely disappointed with the Burger King location I’ve been visiting repeatedly. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I’m asked to wait outside the front door or back up and wait for further instructions. The excuses about waiting on a meat delivery or lacking cooks are unacceptable, especially when it happens consistently over three days.

To make matters worse, the smell of marijuana around the premises is concerning and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect a safe and respectful environment, not one that seems to tolerate substance use.

The management clearly needs to step up and address these issues. Firing the current manager might be a good starting point. Burger King’s reputation is built on quick, reliable service, but this location is falling short.

This location has been so disappointing lately, but tonight was the LAST straw…..
I always order the same thing; Bacon King meal (sometimes substitute fries for their chicken fries). The service was just okay, nothing spectacular for sure. I was told to pull around to the front, and waited for almost 10 minutes just for my food to not even be hot-COLD in fact. On top of that my chicken fries were hard! One of them were so hard I literally had to turn the light on in my car to check and see if it was a piece of glass I picked up!!! I get home depending on my burger to pull through…… I bit into my COLD burger and tasted something I can’t stand the taste of…A TOMATO! I hate tomatoes! In fact the burger had not only one but TWO tomatoes, onions, pickles, and mustard! A bacon king doesn’t come with tomatoes, pickles, onions, and mustard; at least it never has in the MANY TIMES I’ve ordered it! THATS WHY I ORDER THE BACON KING ALL THE TIME!!!! This was SUPER disappointing! Now I have the taste of freaking tomatoes on my tongue and couldn’t even finish my burger! Waste of $14!!

As no surprise to me, this Burger King is just as terrible as any other. Visited by going through the drive-thru, placed my order and after 13 minutes, the cashier told me my total and she was very rude and un sociable. Was handed the wrong drinks and the same cashier acted like that was my fault and I was taking up her time. After having the drinks swapped out for the correct ones, I was handed a bag containing my food. I told the cashier I hope your night gets better and to have a good evening. Needless to say I got no response. So I thought, better check my order. And as my suspicion was confirmed, everything was wrong. I decided to go in this time to have my order correct it. Anyway same ole same ole, the Burger King staff as rude, not sociable, and at least out of 6 to 7 out of 10 times you are going to get the wrong order.

Don’t go to store 18296 in Byram Ms. Staff is rude and acts like helping a customer is a problem. My burger looked like it was days old all because I asked for cheesy tots!
