Stopped by around 6.15 pm. The place was not busy, in fact there was no body else in the lobby. That should have been a warning sign! I got #1 from the menu. Paid for it. 8 or 10 minutes later I get my burger in a bag so I take it and go . Get to where I am going, open it up and realize it was not made fresh. The wrapper had a dried up cheese stuck to it. There is no telling how long ago that burger was made. It was luke warm at best. So I threw it away and made a mental note to never stop by there again. While in a restaurant waiting for my food some homeless man was panhandling for money, asking me to help him to get back to Texas. What? Texas? Anyway, poor quality food in a bad part of town. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Sunday afternoon. We were the only folks in the drive though line. They told us to pull around and wait. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally went inside. They had no idea that we were waiting. And had no plans to bring us any food. Almost 30 minutes later. We left with 3 kids meals. Will not be returning.

On Sunday, April 16th, went through drive-thru for a whopper meal (sandwich, fries & drink) and a plain whopper sandwich. Was told price, gave my card, got food and left without a receipt. Was charged $18.51, so basically, the girl at the window stole from me because I obviously paid for someone else’s food too! WOW!!!

The manager has an inferiority complex or thinks his fast food job is the best he can get. I bought food there twice and there were problems with both orders. I called to inform him and he reluctantly fixed both. The problem occurred on the second when he announced while on the phone that I said my salad isn’t fixed right and it had no or not enough cheese on it. He then said a few other things to the crew and asked aloud who made the salad then proceeded to ask if they put cheese on it, said again my salad had no cheese or bacon on it. He said they need to do better because “This Lady on the phone said her salad was messed up”. I had to listen to that and was in shock that he(a manager) would do that. There needs to be some re training at this location ASAP. I can make a better salad than this. This is less than a pinch of cheese. I go to other Burger King locations and their salads have better appearances. You know that salad should gave more cheese on it. You couldn’t taste anything but the disgusting chicken and soggy lettuce. It was old, not crisp at all.

I think I would rather starve than to have to witness what I just heard and saw here. I hope you are reading this corporate. This one person working at this location has the absolute worst attitude I have ever witnessed in a restaurant! This is an example of how NOT to act in public. I work at the Goodyear right next to this Burger King, and I needed something to eat quickly. I walked in, and the girl there said she would be right with me. I had to stand there 5 minutes before she even attempted to take my order. When she finally walked to the front, I start saying my order, and she interrupted me right in the middle of what I was saying just to argue and swear with the other workers. She did that two times. The third time, she just left and continued to swear loudly and talk offensively to the workers. Every customer in the restaurant (maybe even the people near the drive through window) can here the cursing. After another person took my order, she then refused to make it. Basically, her words were “F u B I’m not making S”. Like, who in the world talks like this to their workers?!” I can’t even really describe how terrible this experience was! I’ve seen toxic people, but this one was probably the worst.
