The worst service!! The girl on the register was literally rolling her eyes while taking my dad’s order…. Mind you there was no one behind himmm. I am a latina and i definitely felt the discrimination…. And yes this is my country I was born here so was my father!!!They were mad because they had to work!!! Avoid the drama and the nasty service the burgers we got were also nasty not cooked right and no cheese even though we were charged for it… lesson learned never again!!!

This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a Burger King Restaurant. They took over 30 minutes to get my order out and while I was waiting I observed the cooks eating from the hot table where they dump all the fries and food that it cooked in grease that is being served.

Hands down the worst Burger King in the US. Clerk could not have been more unfriendly or rude. Almost breathtakingly rude. She has no business at all in any form of customer service. She is one of the prime reasons why people would take the extra time to go to McDonalds across the road.

Ordered a Double Cheeseburger combo and didn’t get anything but a drink that was half full and the Cheeseburger. Had to wait until I was motioned to pull to the window too. Terrible service.

I typically don’t write reviews for fast food places, but the management must know that their drive through lady who takes orders and payments is super rude and needs more training. I came at 7:15 on 5/29/24 and there were no other people in front of me. She was very irritated, and threw hand gestures at me, and also got all of us the same drinks. She was very hard to understand and did not try to speak clearly, then got super impatient with me. I didn’t dare to ask her to fix the drinks because of her attitude. The impossible whopper my 6 year old ate, was cold with pinkish color and felt raw. He is allergic to beef and we drove an hour to eat here because of the impossible whopper. I should have tasted it before he ate it half way.
