I ordered with the BK app and headed to pick up my order. The store didn’t see an order online, and after a minute, they helped me realize that I was 30 miles from the store that had my order. Disappointed, and to my surprise, the management at the store gave me the food I had originally ordered and didn’t charge me again. That is what I call customer service to the fullest. Thank you, everyone, for making my night better than it was after a long and frustrated day at work. The BEST!!! OH, and it was super fresh, too.

I’m not sure what was occurring around lunch but counter staff were instructed to not take any orders for about 5 minutes. Finally the older man in front of me was able to order then she told me it would be a few minutes before she could take mine. Fries were hot and fresh, my sandwich was good but had a large chunk of lettuce as for a salad rather than a leaf or shred for a sandwich.

Every time I try to order shakes from Burger King, their machine is always down, and it doesn’t matter which one I’m at. Even out of state, I go through the same issue. Step it up, Burger King! If you can’t fix your shake machines, quit advertising on it then.

Odd scenario. Lobby was closed and couldn’t get through drive thru because pulling a trailer. Was able to talk to staff from parking lot who let me order and walk to window. Very helpful and accommodating. Problem was food after we left. Not good. Not good at all. Fries were luke warm and tasted old. Whopper buns were the same. Cold and harder than they should’ve been. Neither meal was finished. Saying a lot because we were hungry. Staff were great though.

Super nice girl working window. Food was fast & fresh. The pick two for $10 is the best deal! He had a big king and I the original chicken sandwich. He had onion rings and I had fries. All was really good. Probly the best burger king I’ve ever had.
