First time I ate here we dined in and it took 40 minutes to get our food and we all got food poisoning from it. The service was horrible, they had 5 employees behind the counter yet only 1 working the register, 2 working the drive thru and 2 just goofing off. Not to mention how dirty and sticky the dining area was. The second time was in the drive thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the girl kept repeating the order back saying whooper. Had to order the chicken sandwich 4 times before she got it right. After all was said and done I got my chicken sandwich and it was raw in the middle but hard and a rock on the outside. My last experience was from some family who went out to eat somewhere else and got me something from there as a surprise. Whooper was nasty, tomato was soggy and kinda greyish, and the lettuce was brown. Horrible place in all aspects. Terrible food, horrible service, and disgusting inside. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs

Maybe it’s just me or I picked a bad day. Considering the slogan of you can have it your way,, service today just didn’t make sense. I ordered a bacon king and asked Can I have lettuce on it since the picture does not have lettuce and that lady told me no. Doesn’t make sense to me. I can’t have something as simple as lettuce on my own sandwich.

I go here alot and the burgers here are really good, but the service would be the main issue. The fries sometimes come with no salt, and when I got a burger with only ketchup nothing else, they put pickles in it. Also the wait times is very annoying. Just a heads up.

This Burger King gives me rotten lettuce, and tomato every time. Brown all over and absolutely disgusting. It ruins the taste of the entire hamburger. I just can’t eat here anymore because it makes me ill. I don’t understand why they are serving rotten food.

If I could give negative 10 stars about this Burger King in Magee Mississippi I would!! I get my food faster at the slowest sit down restaurant! With the worst customer service on top of that!! AND your boxed in the drive through and can’t get out!! I will never waste my time or money here ever again!!

I had the Texas burger meal with loads of bacon and meat, it was made just how I like it! Lots of condiments and just the right amount salt. For the price of $12,it was worth it. Sorry no pic

My wife stops at BK a lot. She loves the breakfast and we love the menu there, but since this isn’t the first time, I’m gonna post her experience. She went by there at 530 this morning and the doors were locked. She said the staff refused to open the door, even though it was time to be open(5:30). She said she waited while the staff just rudely stared at her and until she decided to pull off, they then wanted to open the door. Needless to say, she left and went to McDonalds instead. This isn’t the first time. We used to go here quite a lot, until the rudeness and entitlement of employees has began to push us far from there. We love the menu, but there is no need for rudeness and I’m sure we’re not the only ones affected, only the ones to post, maybe?! I don’t understand, bc without customers, I don’t understand how one of our favorite places can continue to remain open and for how long? This sucks, bc we like Burger King over Mickey Ds, but I guess we’re gonna have to find somewhere else to eat breakfast and dinner from now on. We wish yall the best and pray someone straightens this issue?

Ordered a kids meal for my son and French fries to snack on for my one and a half year old. They forgot to give us the extra fries aside from the meal we ordered so we had to park and go in. Didn’t think about checking our other son’s cheeseburger because it was just supposed to be meat and cheese. We get down the road out of town and he finds out it’s mustard and there’s no cheese. This location wasn’t even busy.

We sat in the drive for 1 hour with only 2 vehicles ahead of us. Once reaching the speaker, we were asked to hold for a second to give our order. After 15 minutes, I pulled forward only to find the same two vehicles waiting for their payment/order. The drive makes it impossible to get out. I pulled on through, when able, and went inside only to find no one at the register taking orders. After 15 more minutes I decided to find food elsewhere. I only stayed so long because my wife had her heart set on it. Sorry honey. The service was nonexistent (so I can’t say it sucked).
