Got food through drive thirty one night and they forget my side of fries. Sure, people make mistakes. No worries. Second night, I order a Whopper but I get a Whopper Jr. They just can’t seem to get my order right. Idk who is working late nights there, but they need to be checked because I can’t imagine how many other orders they’re messing up. Terrible track record. Make sure you double, triple check your order before you leave.

Did not have the food in stock. Drive thru window clerk did not say she was sorry they were out of the food ordered. Very unpleasant mood around this place of business. Obviously no training on customer service. Grade: Unsatisfactory/ Management’s fault for no training in customer service; items should have been in stock for the Original Chicken Sandwich and the Chocolate Shake.

Lots of commotion in the kitchen, lots of people waiting on fries, no salt packs. We were given salt on a napkin. The size of the whopper Jr. as gotten smaller, the bun was cold.
The floor in the ladies’ room was dangerously greasy.
All in all not good!

Personally I don’t live near canton and I’ve never eaten there (thank goodness) but this is what a former employee posted. This is what this place looks like on the inside and she said that they serve the old burgers the next day. Ridicoulous , this place should be shut down !

Waited 15 minutes at counter to put in a order while the front counter worker was just putting away sauces. They kept telling us they’ll be with us.we decided to walk out because it seemed like we were never going to put it our order. As we left we looked and seen them taking a black couples order. Seemed our race was an issue.
