I usually don’t like BK bc lately their burger patties don’t taste right. I actually argued w my husband over eating here, but I was wso wrong. This place makes really good burgers the old fashioned way. My husband had the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches and he says they were really good. Also coming through the drive thru, it looked like the girl had been crying, so I hope she has a better day. Good job, Winona BK!!!

I haven’t tried Burger King for anything other than breakfast in many years. I got the old reliable Whopper and while it had an excessive amount of sauces (so much it was dripping), I must say, I had forgotten how good the burgers are.

BK will not get my business again…the worse food ever!! I got the double whooper value meal the burger was cold as ICE the fries had been reheated!!! I called back and the first person I talked to hung up in my face and the last person I talked to was so RUDE Until it was ashame!!! Please closed it down!!! I see why they dont get much business!!

Sunday afternoon 2:50p Winona, MS was out of ketchup and had to refill bbq packets. Italian crispy chicken sandwich was goood! Fries were good and thru the app I got a free upgrade from medium to large fry. Not a truckers happy spot. Needs coffee all hours of the day or at least make a new pot with order. Remember: you’re a restaurant.

I can’t believe I got a microwaved burger from Burger King it was so bad that I literally couldn’t eat it this location should be ashamed I will never eat here again, it was so bad it almost makes me not want to eat at any Burger King ever again .

Keisha didn’t make me feel too welcomed. She introduced her girlfriend to me who also works here which is why I felt that way. “Hey Keisha how you doing today?” “I’m doing good but I got a girlfriend and she don’t play.” Not sure about anyone else, but, aside from me being charming, I clearly didn’t ask anything like that or imply it. I’ll admit, I was flirty, but moreso just excited to get food…… Food came fast, but when I asked for a salt, she says, “hold own” and walks away. A lady with a really bad limp went and got it for me while keisha I suppose went to answer her text message. My food got cold during all of this. I didn’t make a fuss because I know how relationships can kinda overrule good judgment or even common sense. Let’s just forget about Burger King and my need for CONDiments. This is a serious thing here, her and the dark skinned “girlfriend” with the gapped smile about 5’5 210 pound-ish.

Had to wait forever and then the tea had zero ice in it. The lady working the drive thru was overwhelmed and rude. Pulled back around because once I left I realized they gave the wrong tea. Once again was rude, like I’m supposed to take what they give me and not what I ordered. By the way, there were zero customers inside and 3 cars in the drive thru.

Update (Sept 2022): This BK is still 5 stars. Also, their Android app has been fine-tuned & is now very excellent. The restaurant is always clean and efficient. Since I am old, I go inside the restaurant to place my order with the aid of the staff.
