Used drive through. I had to pull forward with only 3 cars in the line. Then they forgot to include dipping sauce. Had to pull around. Park and go inside to get it as the line was very LONG at this point

After entrance I walked with my Kane to find a seat. Handicapped seating is towards the rear or front of the restaurant. As I got to my table I noticed water on the floor. It’s a good thing because I would have fallen.
My wife was with me so I alerted her and while ordering she alerted the staff. They never came to check the floor. They weren’t busy, so we know now why.
Finally the fries were cold. The chicken sandwich was hot as the fries should have been.

Holy smokes this might be the best BK in Mississippi. I just ordered a #1 with cheese and mozzarella sticks at 7pm on a Sunday and was in & out of the drive thru within a few minutes. The food was hot and fresh. I wish more BK’s across the state operated as quickly as this one

“Ghost Pepper Whopper” combo meal for Halloween! Was very kool with the orange colored buns with black sesame seeds, ghost pepper cheese, queso sauce, fried jalapenos and bacon. Has a little wang to it, so if u like hot n spicy, u will absolutely love it!!

I pre ordered online with my Walmart+ membership. Upon arrival between our 14 hour drive, we used the bathroom as we had just submitted our order while sitting in the parking lot. So we go in, use the restroom where they were extremely unsanitary. Walk into the dinning room and was greeted with a very unfriendly female face. No smile, No welcome in, just an extremely unfriendly face and sorry attitude as if we were a bother to her and her crew. We ordered three of the $5 meals. Before leaving I checked our meals, to make sure they were right. Everything looked just like I ordered, however as we got in our vehicle to start eating the buns on all three of our sandwiches were so hard as if they were sitting on a counter with out a bread tie. It was awful. None of our food was hot but manageable. But the sandwiches were just disgusting. Surpassing their sandwich warmer rule. I will positively mention the young man in the dinning area whipping down NOT ONLY tables but the benches and seats as well. Which is why I gave 2 stars for atmosphere. However for the rest of the CREW behind the counter, they need to take a customer service course, that I know BK offers on their computer. (At least they did when I worked there as a teenager), as well as update their knowledge on MSDH and FDA codes of conduct. I will make sure to present a copy of my receipt so whoever reads this can hold manager on duty this evening responsible. (Assuming it was the woman with the arrogant attitude)

I get it, you are understaffed, you really don’t need to complain about how ridiculous it is in front of customers. I appreciate those that work through it, just be more tactful in where you are going to throw a rant.
