The only reason got one star is because have no choice. They had lobby locked but was letting who they wanted in and out. Used the app to order sat on drive thru line while 3 cars passed in the other line. People driving around the drive three straight to window. Sat in line for 45 minutes. If the app had not taken money oh now system down

Food was good and VERY hot! Service was ok. And worst of all THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN! This is supposed to be a BK not a McDonalds. We also ordered 2 fries but they only gave us 1.

The food was pretty good but however please make sure you get your receipt because they swear up and down we didn’t pay them at the first window. The young lady didn’t give us a receipt and by the time we came to the second window they had us waiting forever and keep saying the price as though we haven’t paid. But I guess later they realized we had. I guess someone was trying to pocket some money

Absolute worse Burger King I have been to. I’m standing here for 5 minutes with 3 people up front and no one acknowledged me. Then when the cashier walked up she said go ahead with your order. No greeting and seems as if they do not want to be here. Normally I hold off on giving bad reviews but the shift manger, store manger and district manager needs to be evaluated. This is horrible!!!!!

What an absolute train wreck of a store. The have horrrible customer service. They use being busy as an excuse to screw up your order. I was not given a price, nor was my order read back to me. The order screen is broken. The appropriate amount of napkins were not given. I had three drinks and I recieved two straws. Not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate store but this store is an embarrassment to what fast food; especially Burger King should be.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 chicken Jrs & 2 double cheeseburgers yesterday evening after 5:30pm. Was not given an apology for my wait or anything. Ridiculous! I’m use to receiving better service from them.

This is the worst place ever. I bought 2 breakfast sandwiches through the drive through. They both were cold. My coffee was cold too. I asked for cream for my coffe and was given butter. I will never go back! I gave a 1 star rating so I could post, this was much higher than they deserved.
