Five cars was in the Drive-Thru went inside 3 employees standing at counter talking about something on their phone I ordered to burgers both was cold as if meet was cooked long before I got there will never go to this burger king again should be closed down I will spend my money elsewhere.the owner should check on there business and see how it’s being ran.

The last three times I have ordered here, my order was missing items. Went tonight and got an order to go. I was checking the items as they gave them to me. A guy wanted to know what I was doing. I told him I was making sure I got everything I ordered. His comment was I am here tonight, you are holding me up, now pull up. I pulled ahead and waited for the rest of my order. Once I checked I was missing items. I went in and told Mister I am here that I was missing items. He started screaming what did this guy order. A young got them came over to get the rest of my items. It seems most of the staff is always rude including the managers on duty. For the prices they charge the staff could be a little nicer, and more professional. I am starting to think maybe I should patronize McDonalds more, since it seems as if Burger King has a enough business they can afford to run it off. Just maybe upper management should be looking into how they’re establishments are ran.

I’m writing to inform all customers about the Burger King Store on 1603 Hwy 82 Greenville MS 38703….The Manger Lanette and her employee Katrina Jackson took my order threw the drive-thru for a small whopper meal…which was $8.99 with tax $9.72 I gave $20.75 and they gave me $1.04 back for change and told me I didn’t give them the amount…plus had me wait over 30 mins goin back and fourth….THEY TOOK MY MONEY and treated me like trash I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from hear……SUPER POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

The whole experience was terrible. The store manager is rude, disrespectful and she does not know how to talk to customers. Being a woman of experience, she should know better. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to eat there, to be honest. Even the crew is rude. When you come in a restaurant, no one greets you, you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before you are serviced. Her name is Cynthia and she is that with not just me, but she is like that with everyone. And everyone that speak of her said the same thing. So I will never go back to that one ever again. They need to look into this before it happens to someone else. But the other location is excellent and the crew and the management is totally awesome. Also the store is cleaner because this is not. Thank you

Didn’t have the firey nuggets dispite them being advertised all over the restaurant and menu board. Right in front of the drive through menu in the middle of the lane the concrete is a jagged mix of concrete and deep holes that will destroy any vehicles that it encounters. No warning cones or barrels or caution tape of any kind. Took them forever to aknowledge my existence and take my order then was rude when i got to the window.

The only downside to ordering at drive-thru is the fact that a car wash is next door and the noise is nearly unbearable. Thankfully, the person taking the order was patient as we waited for the noise to subside so we could actually place the order. Perhaps BK could work together with the car wash and erect a noise abatement fence. Everything else about shopping there is excellent.

Typical Fast Food. They got the order wrong and caught an attitude when I went in for the right thing. Classic I hate my job. It’ll get better when they start paying you 15 an hour. The burgers will be 18 to 20 bucks each but hey. Service with a smile then I’m. Sure.
