A group of guys had visited Brussels Bonsai Nursery in Olive Branch, Mississippi. On I way back to the Birmingham, Alabama area we stopped by this Burger King. (i wasn’t driving, so . . .) I had a chicken sandwich, fries and a coke. Standard Burger King fair; not bad.

This place was great for a quick stop for breakfast it was early but the ladies that were there were super sweet and kind and got put food fresh and quick! They even asked if we wanted jelly and I loved that. No one ever does that! Since they were so kind we gave them a tip bc we were just that happy with the service!

Zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE! 1st they didn’t give me a receipt and when I requested one, the employee just stared at me and said the machine is broken, I don’t know what to do. 2nd the hash browns were burnt to a crisp. And last, they gave me 1/3 of a piece of egg on my sandwich. That has got to be the worst place to go, ripping off product to save money while upcharging to make more money knowing most people won’t thoroughly inspect to make sure it was prepared correctly. Ridiculous.

To be as busy as they were, they were handling it perfectly. The food was fresh, the staff were friendly and even checked on us. The manager also made sure everything was running smoothly. A gentleman named Brandon was very respectful. I definitely will be back!

Went there last night the food was freshly made and was customized to my liking. On my way out I had accidentally dropped my drink and a generous worker named Brandon while on his break offered to get me another drink. Very respectful and outgoing. Definitely will be back!

I placed an order in the app. It wasn’t ready and I had to pull up and wait. The stuffed peppers were way over cooked. The staff wasn’t exactly friendly, but not rude, although a previous visit, they were actually rude and pushed my bag out of the window. They never say thank and have a nice day as I was taught to do when working at these restaurants.

Facilities seem clean, the interior design was modern, and the lady at the register was very kind to all customers I observed, but they seem under staffed during peak hours. Most customers waited several minutes before having their order taken.

Excellent service, food is always hot and I’m never disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you want a fresh hot meal on the go, highly recommend BK in New Albany, MS.
