Ordered through the mobile app for my husband to pick up on his way to work last night. When he got to work and pulled all the stickers off the bag to open it, he realized they gave him the wrong order completely. I immediately reached out through the help section on the app and all they want to do is give me coupons for the amount I spent. I do not plan to return and when I told them and showed the receipt from the order we received I was still told they can not refund me for my order unless I want coupons. I did not receive the food I ordered and I can’t get my money back.

I visited this location while in Holly Springs and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I entered the lobby and waited to place my order, the cashier approached and said “hey” in a very insincere tone. Since she was wearing a headset, I assumed she was speaking to someone in the drive-thru line. I asked if she was talking to me and mentioned that I thought she was addressing a drive-thru customer. Her response was, “I’m looking right in your face,” which I found quite rude. At that point, I told her not to worry about it, that I didn’t want anything, and I left.

This experience left a poor impression. It seems the staff could benefit from customer service training—and I’d be more than happy to teach that class to new employees. I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location.

Food was hot and good. But ordered to go and took 20 minutes and nobody else was in there waiting on their food. There was only two people working one in the Drive-Thru and one in the kitchen. Was in a hurry and ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to get the food to take with me.

I tried to use more then one coupon. I had five people in the vehicle and was told they didn’t know how to punch in the coupon code and that we could only use one coupon. I’ve been to multiple burger kings in multiple states. Never had this issue before. Employees just seemed like they were trying to be lazy. Thank god There’s a Wendy’s across the street.

I usually pass here occasionally and i gave this place many chances they ALWAYS take a long time to just take my order they could at least acknowledge the person waiting and have me wait for THE FOOD seems smarter then wait for food but nooo they make us wait just to try to order so i can’t come back to this place

To be fair, I did not eat here. I stopped to use the restroom and to get a bite to eat. Seeing an empty dining room made me a little leary of eating here. Then the music was pretty loud so I went somewhere else. I have stopped here before and used the drive thru and was satisfied with the food and service. It’s NOT the friendliest, but adequate.
