Last time we will probably eat at Burger King. We stopped on a road trip . My husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and it was tiny and warm at best. I ordered a cheese burger and it was small and freezing COLD ! Discussting . I did not even finish it. On a positive note the French fries were fresh and hot. Shame on Burger King!

We were on our way home from out of town, and did a mobile order to speed up our trip. When we pulled to the drive thru and let them know we had a mobile order, they told us they couldn’t cook whoppers and we could get a refund in the app. We pulled around and parked, and we’re not able to request a cancellation or refund. My husband went inside to ask for help. Two employees didn’t know how to respond so the manager was called over. The manager told my husband none of them know anything about the app. So, now we are out food and $27, which we will dispute through our card. Pretty ridiculous to allow customers to order food you can’t serve, then have no idea how to help them.

I wish I could give negative stars for service at this location. The Burger King here in Monterey, Tennessee has the rudest employees I have ever come across in the food industry. I seldom eat at Monterey’s BK due to past experiences there. I thought I would give them another try. I won’t make that mistake again. If you don’t want to work there, why be there. They have lost my business for good.

Horrible service. So bad I will never return here ever. Soo sad. Was told cannot get a burger. Broilers are down. The ordered chicken wraps. Was told to pull forward after paying to wait to be cooked. Waiting for 30 minutes and I was the only person in the drive thru! Just sad that a Burger King couldn’t get any worst. What has this world come too. Shouldn’t even spent the money I did.

They consistently get the order wrong here. Now I order a steakhouse burger. It came as a Frankenstein burger with different toppings.

Not good at all. Nothing I ordered was fresh. They didn’t have my food ready after waiting in the drive thru line for a few min and I had to wait a bit longer after I had paid. Cold chicken sandwich with a stale bun. Cold double whopper also with a stale bun. At least the fries were crappy too. Do better please. You charge top price please provide top service.

It should be absolutely against the rules for a company to make customers to “pull up and wait for food”… it hurts the computer analytics and allow for errors bad drive through order completion times.

We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. During that time, the employees were having a loud conversation using profanity every other word. We finally said enough is enough and left. The employees need to learn a little bit of etiquette and how to conduct themselves. Will not be returning.

Placed an order at 11pm and said on the app it would close at 12 and I drove up there around 11:20 and it was already closed when I had already paid for my meal and drove all the way there. Very disappointing
