I don’t know who the restaurant manager is at this location and I don’t know anyone who works here but the food and service is 10/10. The whopper combo has been my go to for years and they didn’t disappoint me. Fresh ingredients, hot food, good customer service.

Can’t stand McD’s. But after being here, I understand why they are not busy. And next door is out of the drive. Customer service stinks as I was the only one in the place. Slow, out of items, playing in phones while my order sat in window. Cool finally came around to give me my food. Ha, cold.

You’d expect when you order a bacon KING it would come with a good bit of bacon; well you’d be wrong! The cheese wasn’t even fully melted which meant the burger wasn’t hot. When we pulled up to the window we wasn’t greeted; just told the order total. Then our food was handed/slung out of the window without so much as a good day. For 10$+ I was completely disappointed and was once again reminded why I don’t like “fast” food. Unless it’s requested by a family member I will not be back.

They were very understaffed. It was two young men running the dinner rush. It took them close to an hour to get us our food. BUT. It was the best food we’ve gotten in Lawrenceburg in four years. I am vegetarian and ordered an impossible wopper with onion rings on it. Probably the only restaurant to ever get that right. It’s a simple request, they were busy, and they still did an amazing job, just the two of them. 10/10 will go back

Came last week and got the 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries , the bundle , the order got messed up and inside was an uproar , we received old chewy burgers and had to wait to get our old chewy burgers .. we usually visit often , but I’m reconsidering . Again, we’ve been waiting for almost 15 minutes in a parking spot . They should have never sent out the food last week it was just bad, I’ve never gotten a burger like that here… the fires were good but nothing else.
Today after waiting over 15 minutes, the burger is straight cold… Not cool…

I went through yesterday & absolutely loved the new GM Kourtney Daly she was amazing she helped with fixing an order , food was fresh hot made right like it’s supposed to be , she was friendly & very fast service I highly recommend her store she’s great all around

Does anyone read these reviews? If so, the powers that be must not care if their business goes under. From the 1 star reviews, I see the same problems described over the last few years. Recently I experienced equally poor service from Lawrenceburg Burger King as described by other 1 star reviews. Once again, a common item I wanted to order off the menu was unavailable at dinnertime. Instead of giving them my business, I turned around and went to a competitor, and had a wonderful meal. On the other hand, the 5 star comments here are so glowing. Is it that good service can only be provided occasionally, or are these reviewers just buddies who want to balance out all the bad reviews? There aren’t any ‘middle of the road’ reviews… only “Great” or “Lousy”. I have to say, with the high cost of eating out these days and the strain on customers’ budgets, it wouldn’t take much to provide a good meal and a good experience, but Burger King just isn’t interested in doing that.
