I am not exaggerating when I say, I went to this restaurant for a pickup and the lights were on, doors were open, and no one was there except someone barely visible in the back texting on their phone. No one would respond to any verbalization such as “hello, anyone here?” That person in the back would not respond either. No one else was visualized. A real life example of lights are on but noones home. Absolutely bizarre experience… a little too spooky for the Halloween season frankly

This location never has cookies made. Never offers to make any. Asked the lady at the counter why and she said they have 1 single cookie and the last tray was cooked 4 DAYS AGO. She was a little rude but I also complained about them not having cookies right out the gate. My fish sandwich was old (even tho she told me they last dropped them 45 min ago) the fish was soggy and full of grease it was crusty on the edges but soggy. Atmosphere was great bc no one was dinning there which should’ve been my 1st hint.

Given that there were, at any given time, more employees than customers, I felt that the wait time to be acknowledged was unrealistically, and almost offensively, long. The food and atmosphere are typical for a Burger King: good, but not great. For the amount of personal conversation going on behind the register, I would think an employee could have found a broom. Also, I’m not one to be offended by blue language, but there were quite the number of foul words uttered at full volume in the vicinity of customers, which is just bad business. I know it’s not a Michelin-star restaurant, but there’s a big difference between feeling welcome and feeling unwanted, and on this day at this Burger King, customers were unwanted.
