I was very hungry. I started searching for something different to eat and oh did I get it.
First off, the app on my phone had this meal looking delicious just off the presentation. The bright colors drew my attention to this meal. I had my heart focused especially on that dessert.
Secondly, The price to meal ratio was perfect now knowing the effects of after eating this meal. The slightly sweet, sourdough SpongeBob Burger with all the fixings that originally came with it, was so huge! I added an inexpensive toy. The eight Mr. Krabs Cheesy Bacon Tots came out of a distinct fresh oil (because I literally could taste the oil). Burger King was out of the strawberry signature pie that they were advertising so I opted for a Hershey pie in which makes a difference in the meal taste wise (I believe the strawberry taste would have cut some of that sourdough taste from my pallet once I got through with eating the meal). Not to leave out the foam pineapple slush drink.. The drink is good (at the bottom); the slush/ foam combination (towards the top) was not a complete success taste wise. I was full, full off of 14.99.
When I go back next week, I will only order the burger with the fixings (mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, two tomatoes, onions), extra meat, and the strawberry pie.
Yep.. I left that clean restaurant with those friendly workers, holding my stomach saying OOOOOO!
The meal did make me curious to see what the advertisement of the new SpongeBob movie is about tho!

How is it that Burger King Whoppers are better than I remember as a child in another place and time? This restaurant consistly delivers great quality.
However, the last couple visits were after dark, the signage and the lights around the outdoor lights were dark as well. This doesn’t feel inviting or safe for guests or employees. We told the drive through worker both times.
We will return, we want to see this Burher King restaurant stay open.

If you’re looking for a fresh meal with a smile, this is the place. I am a huge Burger King fan and when I tell you that this is the best on in Jackson, it’s by far superior to the other locations. Always greeted with a smile and always served fresh food. Today was no different.

I can maybe enjoy my food in this location wasn’t always locked. It’s time y’all get knew management at this location the ones that’s here now not doing a good job with making the company money. Not everyone wants to eat in there vehicle.

It is hard to say how the food was. At 12 pm on 10/8/25, we parked and walked up to the dining room door and were told they didn’t have enough people to keep the dining room open. But when we looked inside, three employees were standing at the counter, just talking. We left, as we were asked. You might want to avoid this place, especially around lunch time.

They close whenever they want to. I ordered online, went to pick up my meal, and they closed 3 hours early for absolutely no reason. I’ve heard other people complain about the same thing. Why are they allowed to run their business like this with no consequences? They need to be looked into by corporate.

came thru the drive thru she rushed me ordering was very rude when i got to the window my food was wrong and cold so i sent it back she brought back what was suppose to be the right order just for it to be cold and still not made correctly. poor customer service and food. go during the day the teenagers in there at night are very rude.

Horrible Horrible Experience! It was barely any cars in the parking lot, so they wasn’t busy at all, got to the speaker and was told just a minute, after waiting 10 minutes, some woman told us we can order but she don’t know how long the wait would be absolutely ridiculous!!! For a Fast Food Restaurant you think they would be serving steaks! Never again!!
